Hi.
I like to stress out my penis during pe. Like when i stretch i give it all my might. Although i have gained alot from my strenuous routine ,but it has a downside to it; my EQ suffers massively like im unable to get an erection for a day or two etc. When i take a long break (4/5 days) im good to go. Mind you that i smoke massively and i think it has also taken a toll on my EQ. Im working on to first cut my smoking significantly, quitting eventually, so this is being taken care off.
The problem is that i have always been hard on my penis pushing to the limit during PE, so if i do my exercises with low intensity, i feel like i havnt done anything and the time i just spent is going to be a waste.
Opinons and Suggestions required.
 
Keep beating that dick up!! The decrease in EQ is only temporary. Keep up with your kegals and don't sweat it. If it is damaging your sex life then I would suggest a day off here and there BUT DO NOT LET UP on the intensity. Your doing doing it right if you ask me. I didn't know this back in the day and would constantly measure when my EQ was down and thought I was going no where with results. I personally take the temporary decrease in EQ as a good sign and just take some Cialis lol🤭
 
I personally like beating up that cock of mine with intense excercises, but last time i had sore ligaments and a very bad case of low eq which in turn produces jelly erections and performance anxiety. But i think ill take cialis to take care of the erection issue and keep beating it up :p
 
Same here I lose EQ after heavy exercise but it comes back 100% after about 4 days.

This is all good signs of proper training. And keep in mind when EQ is low you can stretch much further than when EQ is high. So do not waste the opportunity when your penis feels like 'jelly' in the malleable state stretching becomes so easy and productive.

Thanks DLD, is sore strained worked out ligaments a good thing or bad?? Secondly, due to low EQ i suffer in the bedroom where my dick refuses to get up, but in the morning im greeted by a diamond cutter erection upon waking up, so shall i take Cialis to take care of this issue?
 
Mine too comes back after a few days if i abstain completely from PE. The thing is that you never know when will u be called up for an standing ovation ;)..so the low EQ vs PE conflict continues

Sore ligaments is a very good thing. I aim for sore ligaments every workout. However, my personal opinion is that strained is never a good thing. A strained ligament gives sharp shooting pain and can no where near stretch as far as it should. You always want a dull ache but no shooting pain! I dunno if anyone else has anything to change or add to my opinion. I know it may seem a bit sili with this "word play" but I think it's important. Dull, achy, sore to touch, a little tender are all good things in my opinion. I've said it before and I'll say it again though, do not try to create any baseline measurements when your penis is this beat up. Doing that has thrown me into a PE depression that took me YEARS to overcome.

This is true. Lately there has been a lot more oral sex in my life as opposed to sex. I want to hang a sign from my penis that says "Under Construction" with a construction worker putting his hands down his pants. 👷👷🚧🏗️

Hahahaha construction worker idea is great ;). I believe by dull ache u mean the ache we feel only when pulling afterwards a PE session. I know that a shrp shooting pain is never a good sign

Have you tried adjusting your length and girth routine on alternate days to see if that would help. The way I do my routine is I will work length and girth one evening but the next evening I will only do girth, the next evening I do both again. My weekends are usually off days or with minimal PE.

Sore ligaments are always a good sign, although sore :) Cialis or Viagra will deal with the eq issue.

I don't understand what you mean when you say, you do your routine with low intensity. You shouldn't stretch your penis to the point of feeling pains. Pull on your penis but not to the point where you will be having pains.
