Hey guys, im 2.5 months into the PE and i have a few questions.
1. Can PF replace manual "newbie" stretches?
2. I had a slight injury 2 weeks ago -overtrained and had some slight bruises . What creme can i use to speed up the healing ?
3.Bathmate seems to lose suction when on medium-high preassure but i cant see from where,is it a valve maybe..

Hi!

A Phallosan can be used as an ADS or an ANS, but I wouldn't replace it for the newbie stretches, rather add it - before/after a workout to stay elongated.

Hydrocortisone can help with keeping your penis free from irritations, etc.
I also like Bepanthen as a healing cream.

Which BM did you get? is your pubic hair trimmed? Are you standing up or sitting down?

I have x30 bathmate, pretty standard. I trim my pubic once a week(did this before PE),and i am usually in the tub but sometimes i am standing but holding the bathmate -just in case. I will look for hydrocortisone and bepanthen for sure. I am still learning to use Phallosan correctly -as ADS and ANS and for now i have some"routine". As ADS i put tension at high-med green and as ANS i put it at low green-cant sleep if i increase the tension.
Also what is the best way to coushin the penis while on Phallosan?

1. Use both devices and manual exercises to make optimal gains.
2. There isn't really a bruise cream I would use in particular just do lots of edging and jelqs to return blood flow. Coconut oil is great for jelqing and your skin
3 I would clean out the bathmate really well and shave your cock and balls.

Arnica cream or oil would be good I guess could be a weird sensation on your penis. Definitely avoid icy hot lol

Coconut oil is the sh*t :)!
You can eat it too...

They can be replaced with the Phallosan but I would still include them as you will gain faster this way. The combination of the Phallosan and its ability to be used 24 hours a day with the basic manual work of the newbie stretches is the fastest way to gain. Also, read through SRT to get a better understanding of this, the Phallosan can be used a s a passive or active device meaning it is useable as a gaining tool but also a healing one.

No cream necessary to heal a bruise, simple allow it to yellow before training girth again. Using Hydrocortisone cream is a great preventive method and should be used once daily to keep skin in good shape. Bacitracin is what is used when there is an open cut. With a decent warmup-down you should not see bruising.

Be sure pubic hair is trimmed to .25", use a bit of vaseline about the seal and your should get a great pump. If you are still losing vacuum be sure your valve switch is in the locked position to eliminate water release. If you still feel a lack of power invest in a wine-vac which will make your BathMate a monster.

Thx for answers DLD ! I am seriously considering to get a wine-vac in some time for sure. Even with my x30 , i get to the some pressure that is a bit high for me so i will wait maybe 2-3 month and then buy it. I will start again doing manual stretching but i will go slow now-dont want to get injured again.I dont seem to lose any suction now so im good . I still have one question - is it enough on Phallosan to put it on high green-low yellow and active stretching or should get to mid yellow?
For healing i put it on very low green because i sleep with it then and if i get more tension i will wake up few times which is not good :/

Go for the wine-vac, it is superior to everything on the market. A Penomet could not hold a candle to it!
