Im training for length for about 7 months now. Manual stretching followed with extender is my routine

I read bundles are good before a routine to farigue tunica and increase the potential to gain

Being a beginner how do I start?

I have one issue. My penis bends to the left about 25° after half way. But my whole penis also rotates to the left about 45°

Im curious if I should bundle only to the right in hopes to fix this. Or should I bundle left and right for balance?

I also have no idea which directions to stretch in when bundled.

Appreciate the help as always. Thank you gentlemen

Implement bundles as your priority stretch before any other stretch. To start off I would say 5 minutes of bundles before you do your whole routine. Don't just bundle to one side, bundle both sides.

If the bending becomes an issue try and bend it the opposite way as you do your bundle.

Stretch in every direction when bundled. Most people just do straight out bundles but you can do them in any direction.

Bundles are fantastic. Where I began with bundles was just doing it manually. Wrap your junk in an ace wrap (for extra grip power) just below your head. Twist to the right until you just can't barely handle it, then pull with an okay grip in all directions for 30 seconds a piece. Then twist to the left and repeat above. 10 min is more than enough for these stretches. These are basic bundles. When you feel like you are ready to turn up the torque a lot more then I suggest getting the Length Master. I got mine about 2 months ago and its by far the best tool to perform all your stretches, and the most intense stretch one could ever achieve.

You stretch in both directions, left and right, the same intensity and the same rotation. If you stretch the right side with more intensity and the left one with lower, your right side tunica will be loose and your left side will he tight...you don't want that..start easily....turn a little bit for some time until your tunica gets more loose .

And don't worry about the bend. Bundles with manuals followed by an extender should correct your bends and rotations.

Do them as tight as you can. I was trying a full twist and it just isn't as good as doing it to the absolute maximum you can get it. And that's for length and girth.

If you have foreskin you want to unravel first.

Is that ok to do for a beginner?

I guess ill just go easy on how hard I stretch out the penis.

If you weren't ready you'd feel discomfort where it folds on itself maybe even pain if you're too aggressive. If you're a noob like you say then it wont require too much force to get the benefits.

Take it easy,don't rush it.

Exactly, you will know if the Bundle is too tight; If it is relax the twist a bit. You can work up in intensity but be sure to master this exercise as it is extremely important to making girth nd length gains much, much faster.

Sometimes being too bundled is ineffective as you can't get the stretch.

Excellent point and completely true. If the Bundle is too tight there will be no room to stretch. I can bundle 3 times but I will not stretch at that point as there is not enough slack so I stick to 2 twists. This leaves me plenty of slack to stretch very effectively.

I can manage one complete twist and pull with no pain... even feels good

After warmup I begin my routine with 10 slow 360° rotations, clockwise & anti clockwise. It takes about 2 mins to complete.

I thought why not bundle the cock as I do them to ease myself into bundled stretching

Does this sound like a good idea?

Bundles are kind of a modular concept. You can tack them on to any stretch and presumably make the stretch more effective. Same with reverse kegels and lig presses. Often times you can throw in a fulcrum as well, or using your second hand to pull the base away from the grip on the glans.

Stick with one step at a time until you get comfortable with whatever you're doing first. A week would be good at least for getting used to new things. Most people would probably say longer, and be patient but I have none myself so that's usually how I do things.

Yeah progress slowly into implementing bundles into different exercises.

Bundled stretches are best done with the length master. If you want to correct your curve, you need to do erect bends and also jelq against the curve.
