Feeling stretch only in down direction

Hey guys,


I’m aiming currently only for length in erected state. I’m doing bundled strategies by DLD but I feel a solid stretch only in down positions of my penis.
Should I continue like that or I should add something to my exercises.
Also I’m using penis extenders for two hours per day.

Most of us, if not all of us, feel that "solid stretch feeling" when we pull our penis shafts downward, or even the behind-the-cheeks. That feeling of hard stretch is due to the ligaments we're trying to go against. This includes muscle bundles you have that assist with the erection, promoting the penile body to point upwards. Most of my exercises and stretches, including the ADS wearing, points downwards to tug and pull against all those internal parts.

As DLD and those who push hard, they use the Length Master to combo with the bundle stretches in maximizing the internal part fatigue. This lessen the amount of passive stretch time needed using extender or stretcher. I'm using my ADS up to 16 hours (no more 24 hours) at 2.5lbs of tension. My glans can't handle the chaffing after 4 continuous wear days. Too much moisture during glans expansion from combo with pumping. However, if you are aiming for length only, push for as long of a wear time as you can.

What are you using to do the downward bundled stretches?

Some times, you might not feel the stretch but that doesn't mean that the stretch is not working. As long as you are pulling with the right intensity, you are good.

Do you own a length master?

Some times, you might not feel the stretch but that doesn't mean that the stretch is not working.
I do not agree with this, you shlould always feel the stretch. You should feel the stretch deep inside your inner penis and ligaments (mainly: Fundiform and Suspensory).
 
Upward stretches are sort of useless. Down and behind the cheeks are most powerful

Well, that's true for inner length gains. But for young bucks that like to have that extra muscles to create a strong upward salute, upward stretches do help to strengthen the short fibers for that purpose. Great for the against the walls and air riding cowgirl positions.

Are you talking about upward stretches in front of your body and not BTC?
If so..... I can't fully agree! Or I can say I'm worried that some brothers will be scared to do BTC stretches (Behind The Cheeks Stretches) becouse they do not have all the information. Doing BTC stretches will not nessesarily remove your upward curve.
I all depends on your technics when you are stretching.


Can you explain this more deeply, I do not fully understand (what is the diffrence)?

I have explained and proved that this progression is all you need to get lengthgains fast.
Beginner routine
(stretching in front of your body) -> Downward Bundled Stretches -> Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches.
In Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches (Abbrivation: BTC-BS) you will get so much length increase, if you have the correct programming for you and your life situation.

There are technics you can implement in order to increase your upward curve with LengthMaster 3 in the exercises Downward Bundled Stretches and Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches.
I have written about this in my progress thread.

But the short answer is to always stretch like this but bundled and in Downward and BTC.
View album 80This will allow you to stretch with full intensity (high stretching force = recuce pressure in your glans) and keep and/or increase your upward curve.

When using LengthMaster 3 you will gain the most with Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches. You have so much levarage in that stretching position especially when doing them like this:

If my upward curve was not so extream I would be able to prove my true length in pictures.
Stretching Downward and Behind The Cheeks, increased my upward curvature somewhat.

I will try to find the posts where I explain the concept of BTC-BS (Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches) later.

Also it's more powerful to do upward stretches downward and behind your body.
Doing Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches are the way to go.

Does this mean that the gains comes from the ligaments only so the shaft of the penis will stay lower in the bubonic bone and thus we get part of the inner penis outside? Or there are really gains in the body of the penis for example the tunica getting larger ?

Both are true. You can on the shaft of the penis by breaking down the collagen of the tunica albuginea which will elicit a healing response, creating more collagen that will lead to length gains or girth gains depending on which way you stretch the collagen fibrils.
You will also gain from stretching the ligs especially if you stretch downwards or BTC.

There are three parts to the questions.
  1. You are gaining from the ligamental stretches, similar to bone and ligamental stretches (from the old lore torture body stretching). By working against the ligament, loosening them while forcing the internal tissues to stretch, you're gaining that 1/3 portion of the internal stretches.
  2. By stretching against the internal tissues and muscles, you're forcing the internal portion of the tissues and muscles (the inner penis) to be yanked outwards. In reality, you're lengthening the short fiber muscles to rebuild into both long and short fibers. Long fibers allow you to last longer, while short fibers provide the twitching and pulsing when you have that intense ejaculation or short burst male orgasms.
  3. The soft tissues along the entire penile shaft and glans expansions and stretching is the remaining 1/3 lengthening process.
Let's further break it down because this multiple part questioning is critical to understand:
  • If you just pump using the SRT 5x5x3, you're focusing mainly on the shaft and partial base area. You're tugging only ~10% of the inner penis while depending on the penile shaft to grow girthwise, and not a whole lot of length wise.
  • If you're doing bundle stretching, you're focusing on lengthwise and maybe 15% girthwise as stretching also lengthening the internal chamber to force additional growth. Too fast on lengthwise will turn your penis into the proclaimed "pencil" penis that girls use a derogatory statement for males without the proper size girth.
  • This is why brothers here emphasized the balance between length then girth work interchangeably. Lenght is essential at first as length work is damn hard work, as girth work is easy and fast to achieve compared to length work.
Any veteran brothers here can correct me if I'm wrong on any subject matters.

Your inner penis will not come outside.
You want to stretch your entire penis at the same time with reverse Kegels (relax 100% into the stretch).

Look in the picure proof forum. I have a thread and an Album there, if you see how my penis looked like before, you will be convinced that the entire penis will grow.
