There are some things I want to know about "converting" FSL gains to EL gains.
I read doing erect stretches or hardcore Bathmate stretches will help with this.
Then I read about how getting more blood flow in the Penis will "convert" FSL into EL, and I think its true.

In about 4 months I gained ~ 1 Inch in FSL.
I don't know If I ever gained in EL since then because my measuring was always to inaccurate because of EQ and other things.

Why I think getting more blood in the penis somehow converts FSL to EL is because in the Bathmate you get as much blood in the chambers as possible.
I am 7.5 Inch BPFSL and in the Bathmate I am 7.5 Inch too (measured with a ruler). I dont know if Bathmate measurings are BP or NBP, but my EL in there is the same as my BPFSL.

So someone knows more about this?
 
A few things that are very powerful:

1. Bathmate Hardcore Stretching will help more of your internal penis to come out greatly improving your erect length.

2. Erect Stretching will help covert and cement any gains not showing up as erect length.

3. The SizeGenetics Extender will cement new gains and help bring tunica gains (which are highly desirable)

4. Uncle Jims Strapping Method will train the new penis to become expressed and visual.
 
So If I'm 7.7 Inch BPFSL, how long should it take to convert this to BPenis EnlargementL?
Is it actually faster than gaining new length since its already there, but just not in the erect state?
I also read that any girth excercise should help with this.

If I could get as much blood in my erection as when having a Bathmate session but without the Bathmate I would have converted by BPFSL to BPenis EnlargementL.
Any excercise that gives a better/stronger bloodflow? Or are all girth excersises good for that?
(I'm already doing kegels for + 1 Week)

Because getting 7.7 Inch EL in the Bathmate means that my EL is able to be 7.7 Inch when theres enough blood inside the chambers.
So I think 7.3 Inch NBPenis EnlargementL should be possible somehow?

As I said, the 4 methods above have proved to be the most effective. It will need to be an ongoing effort as you will always have a gap between the 2.

In the last question I asked if its A Bonepressed or Nonbonepressed measurement when you are measuring your length in the Bathmate with the ruler.
I dont know if the Bathmate is pushing down the fatpad or whatever.
And I wanted to know If Im right about that:

Since the Bathmate is just expanding the penis by sucking more blood in the chambers, it is just the enhanced blood flow that gives me the 7.7 Inch length in the Bathmate, right?
So my penis is able to get up to 7.7 inch erect with enough blood?
I know it would take some time, but am I right If I say " Stronger blood flow = getting closer to my current FSL" ?
 
Hey DLD, what's the best method for erect stretching? I've always been kinda confused on this one.
 
If you own a Bathmate better do the dld hardcore Bathmate stretches since its the same. Maybe even better because you can get a much better grip.
For me erect stretches are impossible because im uncut, and pulling back my foreskin doesnt help because im just pulling at the skin then... and the pain is outrageous
