Hi this is my first post everything's being going fine. Making gains at a rate I'm happy with by doing the newbie routine, rotary stretches, Kegals and reverse kegals. So far so good so I decided to throw in some bundle stretches. They where fine until I put way too much of a twist on and now my cock has a pulled muscle kinda pain.
I guess I need to rest and not train untill it's healed but I thought I'd mention it on here for you guys to give advice on the matter.
