Hi this is my first post everything's being going fine. Making gains at a rate I'm happy with by doing the newbie routine, rotary stretches, Kegals and reverse kegals. So far so good so I decided to throw in some bundle stretches. They where fine until I put way too much of a twist on and now my cock has a pulled muscle kinda pain.
I guess I need to rest and not train untill it's healed but I thought I'd mention it on here for you guys to give advice on the matter.

a few days off can heal that if the pain is not too sharp... penis is resilient but learning to increase intensity is important too.

Enlarge whitin your knowledge and skills..:)

First it is important to know if this is pain from a sprained ligament or just simple fatigue (Bundled Stretches are pretty intense). You will know wither difference by the way the pain is, if the pain is a dull soreness, aching like after a good muscles workout, this is good and expected. If the pain is sharp and shooting then there is a strained ligament in which you will need to lay off things until it heals (about 5 days). Continue with your kegel work and girth work if it does not aggravate the effected area.

Is say it was a sprained ligament, I payed off the stretches for 2 days and kept on with Kegals and returned to stretches once the pain had gone. Back in the game!

well done! I've had a few 'oops' moments from being too aggressive, (when you see progress it's difficult to not go at it 110%) I make certain to never skip the warm-up and cool-down steps

Missing warm ups always runs the risk of injury. It is best to warm up with heat and bundles before starting any routine.
 
I stretch after sex, is that a good enough warm up? Also i cool down with heat and cortizone cream

I take a shower or do light jelqing with coconut oil as a warm-up/down :)!

Perfect! A warm up can take many forms but it is important in every case!
