After all of these years of trial n error messy routines,interruptions,etc etc,LOL i would like to start a new routine my routine consists of LM inner penis strtechings(inner penis strtechings newbie stretchings)+erect stretchings..

I want to spend these 3 last months of this year n see what i get at the end of the year.i have tried expressive stretchings in the past.but i havent seen great results...

now whit the LM hope i get better results i think the inner penis stretchings are really effective +erect stretchings,things can get better.

Hope you guys understand my questions n help me out here cause im a bit doubtful...Thanks for reading...

I think i havent pulled my inner penis the way im supposed to pulling the hidden inches out n turn them into real gains!! I believe that routine is a great thing:cool:

Tell me your current routine, specifically, and in order and how many reps/minutes each exercise etc. Are you aiming for length and girth or just length or girth? Also once you give me your routine I'll modify it and give you suggestions.

Agree. Let us know Short how much time you have, what you are doing now, what is your REAL Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch size? What is your Bone Pressed Erect Length? What is your Erect Girth Mid-Shaft. What other equipment do you have other than the LM? Need lots of details to put a solid routine together but we will get you there.
 
40 mins a day,i was doing the LM bundled stretches(2 sessions 35 to 40 mins), my real BPFSL is 7.75 inches, my BPEL is 7",mid shaft girth about 4,75.

i have the LM and the BM X40...hope this helps but i have not enough time to use the BM:p I do care about lenght for now...

Well you have a .75 inch potential gain. To get your BPEL to 7.75 just keep doing erect stretches, especially with the LM. I would add more minutes to your erect stretches if you haven't started. And I'd also just add regular stretches in every direction for 2 minutes holding each stretch. All with the LM. You weren't as specific as I'd like but I think I can just work around it. Bundled will help but I recommend doing some more erect stretches, __________ stretches and normal stretches for LENGTH that is.
 
Agree with kyo :) . Erect stretches are the shit,started doing them a few weeks ago and i feel amazing when i do them..really intense.Such an underrated exercise.

yeah i think they are one of the most underrated but they can be effective ;)imo

Ok LM erect stretches,+inner penis stretchings(in each direction) like in the newbie routine.I think the __________ stretching can be effective too,im going to add them too..

Well if you haven't been doing holding regular stretches in each direction with the LM yet, do it for 1 minute with the LM and then progress to 2 minutes each stretch.

Excellent point and very true. Short could sure up that .75" difference rather quickly using cementing techniques.

Not to much at all, just forego hand stretches and do all stretching positions with your LengthMaster.

Any stretch that can be done by hand can be done with much more intensity with the LengthMaster. Using two hands to stretch makes the LM a very unique device and one that can deliver very fast length gains.

Maybe that's the key to all this madness you're living :blush:. You sure do alot of lengthmaster work which has to be totally productive, but make sure to implement as many different techniques as possible. Many guys don't realize just how much work the penis can handle if you do it correctly. Push yourself as far as you can just not to the point of injury (which takes balls).

I never said do it with your hands. I said: do every stretch YOU'VE done( you have done) WITHOUT the lengthmaster and DO IT WITH the LM.
