Hit the 170 mark on the X-40! weee lol

When i started i could barley get to 160, and then the other night i finally creeped my way up to 170. only been at it about a month now VERY on and off due to injuries lol

So my question is what do the lines really mean? can they be taken seriously. I mean ... the harder you pump .. the more compressed the gaiter gets... hence moving the tip of the Bathmate closer to your body
 
The longer you hit = Higher pressure = Greater expansion = Greater Gains

if i press it hardly i always get 170mm and i always keep it to 170 and been doing 1 months until now. no gain.
 
I do not pay too much attention to those numbers, I am more concerned with long term gains measured properly using a ruler. What I do know is the Bathmate is bringing me ever so close to the 11 x 7 size I have been trying to cement for a while.
 
i think any sign of growth is a good sign ... keep at it bro, ive been noticing the same!
 
I think its very important to take note of these numbers on the Bathmate, because that way you know how to gauge the effectiveness on each workout and what to aim for.
 
When I pumped for 20 minutes straight without removing the Bathmate I always went up to170 everytime, than 180 everytime.
Since I pump for 5 minutes, then removing the Bathmate and pump for 5 minutes again (4 x 5 minutes pumping with a few seconds rest in removing the Bathmate) Ill get more expansion.
I usually reach 190 everytime in the third rep and in the fourht rep, fully pumped to max I'm scratching the 200 mark a little bit (like 196 or something like that).
I then measured with a ruler from the top of the Bathmate and got results from 19cm | 7.5 Inch, to 19.5cm | 7.7 Inch and i nearly hit 20cm | 7.9 Inch.
My Flaccid stretched length is similar to this, its like seeing your flaccid stretched length erect with more girth.

So, could this indicate new growth ?
My size is like 18cm | 7.1 Inch EL, in the Bathmate its nearly 7.9 Inch, does that mean anything?
I know its a bit bonepressed with the Bathmate, but it would still be 0.4 Inch more BPenis EnlargementL
 
Yes, this is a good indicator of growth! Keep up the good work!
 
It indicates that your progressively using intensity in your sessions to ensure maximum stressful stimulus is being applied to the penis and that in time equals growth. The measurement ruler on the Bathmate is a godsend for us all to see how this intensity is going. Many 'vets' will say go by the feel but your not always actually knowing how well your doing by this and with a measure you cant go wrong. Its like those who go the gym and don't count how much work they do or log it, just going by feel and they always hit a wall and make zero progress.

are you saying it's more effective to pump 5 mins reps?
 
I get more length and expansion, but everyone differs.
Just try it, if you get better results with 20min sessions or girth blasters than stick to it

I think so.

I would say do 5 minute sets followed by 5 minutes of Jelqing or Slow Squash Jelqing....repeat this 3-4 times and you will be golden.
