I read a lot of posts where guys can only hang 7-8 lbs and fatigue with around 10-12 lbs. I am way ov er that and just started hanging end of september.
I started with 10 lbs for 3 sets of 20 minutes each once daily 6 days a week. Within a few days I added 2.5 lb plate to first set and felt it slightly. After probably a week and half got to 15 lbs on 1st set. At 15 I noticed some slight tingling mild numbness at head but it healed within a day.
I have been working my way up and have been able to do 3 sets of 17.5 this whole week and hung 20 on first set this morning for 12 of the 20 minutes. My cock feels great in my pants I can feel it all day. I also try to jelq 500-750 quick strokes after hanging.
My question is why can I hang this much and since there is no longterm fatigue (next morning good to go) should I keep adding weight? I am only using some basic wrapping and shoelace double wrapped approx 1 inch behind glans.
Is this too much if my cockfeels great and no bruising etc? I am wanting to fastrack my gains as much as possible without any injury.
BTW I made a homemade hanger with PVC pipe but my dick felt smashed and only able to hang ten lbs that way. The free hang with shoelace feels much better and able to exercise swing, do btc and ots no problem... Maybe co k is too fat at 5.5 girth for PVC I don't know. Looking for comments from pros that have went thru similar situation. I just don't want to hinder progress fooling around with low weight when I can do 17.5 3 sets no problem...
