Obviously if there is an injury, rest is required. When do you guys take time off of a certain exercise or the whole routine? How about when you go to stretch the next day and your first stretch feels like your last one from the day before? You have sex and are sore afterwards? How about if you turtle up in the flaccid state? How about is you don't turtle but your flaccid hang looks fatter but the same length?

My skin seems to have stretched but no length in either flaccid or erect. Everything else has been followed to the letter except day off of jelquing here and there due to injury but I have made girth gains in my 3 1/2 weeks as well as kegal gains (erection quality very good and stays quite a while after orgasm)

I'm satisfied overall but really want some length. Any advice?
 
its very easy to stretch the skin and not your penis. you should first get your grip right under your glans before you stretch.practice until you fell your penis stretching and not your skin. you just started so i would be patient, very patient. i said it many times and ill say it again pe is a marathon and not a race. pe takes hard work, discpline, focus,rest and TIME. think of pe as a 5 year car loan, each year you get closer to your goal of owning one nice love machine.
 
Thanks pepepe. Everybody talks about newbie gains and I sometimes get in that mindset that I'll waste them on a little bit of change if I don't do things properly. I've dropped down to the basic stretch routine (1 time each direction) and I felt really good lig stretch today. I always feel like I'm ripping my head off even with loads of baby powder.
