Can I stretch laying down or sitting down or is standing up the best way?
Btw, I'm new to the site and I already feel welcomed, you guys rock.
 
I guess there's no best way to be when stretching, i know guys on here do all the above, i do mine standing as that's how i feel comfortable doing them. If you are more comfy doing them sitting or laying down then by all means do them that way. As long as you can feel the stretch when you're doing it then your winning 👍
 
yeah standig up is the only way i do them sometimes when i try strctchin up i sit down,even the basic stretching is an interesting thing because i can feel how the inner penis gets stretched out..
 
Learning about the intensity is quite important sometimes i get doubtful about pulling too hard is a quite interesting process..i only stretch whit my hands only,devices can simplify the routines and allows you to feel how hard you can stretch too.......

Actualy erect stretchings are quite effective too..but i do suggest you to have a shooting before stretching that would allow your penis to get in a more malleable way and easier to handle,maybe you can have your stretching sessions everyday,and erect stretchings every third day....

depends on what r u looking for what you want to gain...something that is key is the warming up IMO there are different ways to warm up. hot wrap,massagin the ligaments,rice sock, the way i warm up is whit hot water and a sock i wrap it around and leave it there for 5 mins..
 
I'm going to try the warm washcloth I also have a heating pad
 
you need to feel the pressure in the ligaments while stretching.......dont focus on your position but focus on the pressure you feel in that area...

I understand that you said it was your opinion that warming up is key but I've read that other people have done PE without warming up and some grew tired of warm ups and warm downs so they no longer do it but still manage to grow 1+inches. What do others think of this?
 
suggest to always warm-up as to me it seems more effective and less chance of injury. After you've been doing pe for awhile say maybe a year then it probably wouldn't matter. As been doing people around 2 years now I only warm-up sometimes. But I feel like I can get a better stretch when warming up.
 
Warm ups are a good measure to prevent injury and promote bloodflow before exercise. You are right, you can still gain without doing any. When stretching some men will go lighter on the intensity of their 1st set of stretches as an alternative to warming up with assorted heating methods.

Welcome Brother Browndiesel21! Stretching position is really a personal preference. I like stretching sitting or laying down but some men like to stretch standing. Give all a go and see what you are most comfortable with.

I think you can grow without warm-ups (with or without for that matter). However, I think warmups are more about preventing injury then helping growth (also possibly reducing recovery time).

Honestly i think after some time i have just grown tired of warming up and warming down. Its become a waste of time for me. I don't do them anymore but im thinking of using them again once in a while.
 
well i grew up whit the idea that warming up is key and i couldnt visualize another way to start,but im tempted about starting whit no warming up...besides i was supposed to take a damn shower today but theres no water...........

It provides an amazing hands free stretch, making it not only the safest but the most efficient. Use a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. That way it doesn't matter if you're laying down or sitting of your head. The stretch is uncanny.
 
Warm ups and warm downs are ridiculously easy and are all but proven to accelerate gains in length. They are optional but really, if you can gain an extra eighth in 3 months due to them why wouldn't you want to do that?
 
i have realized this that warm up ad downs are EXTREMELY important as they aslo loosen the ligaments when beginnning....and help in recovery when warm down...
improve blood circulation to that area and prevent fluid retention.....and many more things.....i have a lump that developes during PE but when i do warm down it goes away

i feel they are extremely imprtant
its like stretching before a physical workout....
 
Better yet if you can apply heat often and frequently it keeps your flaccid expanded. You're basically tricking your dick into thinking it's hot out. We all know how that goes.

On the topic of standing or sitting, I don't think that's going to make or break a stretch. The important thing is that you feel an impact from the stretch. I do mine sitting and I can definitely feel an impact.

I use to use a heating pad after my length work for the whole day up until I did girth work and then use it all night. It kept me so long and fat through the whole day. I think this had a lot to do with my quick growth.
