Yeah cool. gonna give this Penis Enlargement a go.
I started on the routine listed below 3rd Jan this year.
No big differences yet. I hav'nt had much chance to go at it the last few days cause I've been really busy probabally only done bout 1 week and a halfs worth of Penis Enlargement, and that has been spread over that time.

Now though, I have LOADS of free time.

and yeah cool, I'd like to see if I can pump my sausage a bit.
If I keep to the routine I've got goin 4 a year can anyone guestimate just how big I could possibally get?

I'm currently

nbp: 6.5", G: 5"

If I get rockin all year. everyday! maybe the occasional day off if I really cant fit it in.

Doing this routine, can I become a pornstar? :cool:

1 hour of jelqs
1 hour constricters
some A stretches in between if I have time

honestly there is no real way to estimate your gains...some people gain fast...some take time..but if you stick with it for a year you will gain...and just like exercising your body...you don't want to get comfortable with one routine for a whole year...after a while you will need to increase something or your body will get use to it and no growth...to give an estimate you would have to take a group of guys that exercise for a year straight and take their progresss and somehow come up with a average...sorry to tell you but i don't know how many guys work out for a year straight...good luck

p.s. try not to focus on time too much...it can be discouraging if you don't see what you want to see in a certain amount of time...just know that you will get to your goal if you want to
 
No one knows for sure what a year can bring but i can only tell you of my personal experience since last march which is almost a year i gained .75 inches length and .4 girth thats just me tho...it can and will differ from person to person

Thats really cool. I read stuff about people gaining that in about 4 months, and things of that nature. But I really dont think it's quite as much as they make out. Maybe I'm wrong.

If I gain that fast I'll certainly be correcting what I've said.

But thats really good gains, well done. Were you exercising everyday?
If I can gain that much in a year I'd consider Penis Enlargement to be well worth it.

The problem I have is I really see exercising loads to be a bit of a waste of life. But this is something I've decided I really want so I'd be definately happy with putting that amount of time in if I see those results.

To me that would'nt be a waste

A year is too big of a time period to use for 'typical' gains. DLD gained 2" in length and 1/2" girth in 6 months. I gained 5/8" length and 1/8" girth in 6 weeks. Just stay consistent and the results WILL happen.

Girth is my main concern. As an intital gain.

Cool man. I think I see what you mean about working out gains for a year.
Because as your body gets used to one exercise you'll need to work your
bosher in different ways. I hav'nt got any exercises to do except for some basics. Because I havnt joined [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] cause of lack of money. I most certainly will in the future though because I wanna go big.

I want my bosh stick to be a tool of love, as well as a weapon for if I get mugged. I want a DLD that I can swing around my head like a club.
Or use like a pole vault for sporting events. That would be well safe.

But first things first.

What exercises will turn me into a coke can, and make me thick (in my penis).

I joined the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] site because I was curious and had the spare money, but it's not at all necessary to getting results. In fact, so far I've only done exercises that are posted free on the boards. Here's the standard noob routine:

I did this for a month before changing the girth portion of the workout. I still use the manual stretching as my only length workout, and as you see, it's all I need for incredible gains. I don't even really do the specified 30 sec. stretches, I just stretch in those directions for 30-40 min., hitting all angles.

For girth I'm doing Supra Slammers, which are pretty intense. I wouldn't recommend them unless your penis is ready. Read about them here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4351

my gains in the first month were pretty insane i thought, they are in my sig. my second month went really slow compared to my first just because i did like 1 on 1 off and sometimes 1 on 2 off, this was because of a back injury. i'm back to 6 on 1 off now. but take a look
 
My first year I made over 2" in length gains and another 1" in girth. Everyone is different but insane gains are possible.

I do have a problem at the moment though. Penis Enlargement hurts!!!!

Well I chilled for a few days and got back to the Penis Enlargement.
Still hurts a bit, but not as much as it first did. So all's cool.


Gonna go at it hard. Trying to get a slight gain for valentines day.

I also agree that you cannot predict what you will gain. I cant count how many guys I've had over the last few years ask me the very same thing. "Hey Stil...If I work really hard, how much can I gain". LOL. This stuff is not in any way predictable. Some guys supposedly work really hard and never see a gain. Every time I've worked hard, I've gotten gains. I'm about to start hanging again in a couple weeks or so...and I'm doing nothing but working hard. That to me, means putting in a lot of time. More than most men ever will. I've also made the kind of gains that most men never will though. My last big length gain for example was made last year. I gained a solid 3/4" no b.s. in 3 months. I was however, hanging an average daily total time of 4 hours a day, and at least 5 days a week.

This time around, I'm going to be on the same type of hanging routine. I expect similar results. That's how length has always come for me too, big time commitment brings big gains. If I dont have the time due to my current life style, job etc....I dont bother.
