i'd really like red and dld to comment on this stuff. my main concern (perhaps yours as well, kausion) is that any girth routine that results in this kind of puffy, 'squishy' result, however large the girth increase, is basically the same as pumping - the gains are very temporary. i see constrictors as really long jelqs/ulis, and i wonder why my routine would result in temporary gains only?
oooh a second question. how do jelqs/ulis/constrictors differ from pumping in theory? ive been thinking about it, and they seem to operate on the same principle - stretch the cells inside so that some break, and eventually are rebuilt larger and stronger. whats the difference and what makes jelqs/ulis/constrictors effective while pumping isnt?
fundamental questions that bother the hell out of me... lol
