What do you consider to be the most important exercise in Penis Enlargement? I know there's many variations of different basic exercises, but in general, what do you consider to be the single most important exercise there is?
 
For me, clamping. I think jelqing is the typical answer, but after you have been in the game a while they just become more of a conditioning exercise and do not offer growth (unless you were to spend insane amounts of time doing them).
 
I would say the "CORNERSTONE" of Penis Enlargement would be Mental Ability, Along with that I would say stretching the penis is the ultimate goal, therefore stretching would be in my opinion the main part of the equation whether it be stretching by doing a good old fashion A Stretch or Hanging, both offer some what different effects, but equal the same thing. But Penis Enlargement would be nowhere without eevery pice of the puzzle Jelqing ,Clamping and so on and so forth...

IMO, jelqing, manual stretching, and kegels are the cornerstones. All other Penis Enlargement exercises are developments of these.
 
I suppose if you could do only one thing and nothing else it would prolly have to jelqing as that could offer length and girth gains. Even thoungh you would have to keep getting crazier with how much you put into it.
 
I wanted to see what you guys had to say before I said my own opinion.

From what I've done thus far, I'd say wet jelqing but then again I'm not even close to the most experienced one here. Also, I'm mostly interested in length and that has a strong influence on my opnion.

You guys are really pushing the mental side of this stuff lately, huh? I think your mentality is important. You need to stay positive and stay motivated. Your mind is definitely important in keeping you going on your exercises. This stuff takes time, therefore you need a good attitude. But I also think the mental side of things can be exagerrated and misinterpreted. Your good attitude is what keeps you exercising and performing your exercises to the best of your ability. The mental ability is not going to get you gains on its own.

Yep. That's pretty much what I said. You got to stay positive and have a good attitude. But your mental ability alone will not make you grow.
 
the cornerstone exercise has to be reading the message boards for w/out them, well, barnes and nobles just doesn't carry certain self-improvement literature.

Also: Cy has it right. Gotta' start with the basics, 'cause they're the building blocks. Though I would have to say that Penis Enlargement's staple exercise would have to be the Over the Shoulder Bundled Blaster, in which you bundle your penis sever or eight times (Whatever's comfortable, y' know) pull your bundled penis over your left shoulder (Yes, it has to be the left one) then you do one kegal for seven minutes, then reverse kegal for fifteen minutes. This is one. You should aim to do at least fifty sets of these per day.

I have to agree with nicobocabitch that "mental ability" is the cornerstone of Penis Enlargement. Our subconscious mind will bring into touchable reality that which it is programmed to do. This programming of the subconscious mind is achieved through desire, belief or faith, dedication, a positive attitude and a clearly visualized goal.

I often wondered years ago why some people gain so easily with certain Penis Enlargement methods and other do not gain anything. Some guys gain dramatically with jelqing others with hanging others with pumping and so on. Others will gain nothing. What is the difference between these people?? Some say it is a difference in tissue structure. Personally, I believe it is a difference in belief and attitude. The guy who is positive, exicted and truly believes that he is going to have the penis of his desire by means of pumping will get results. The guy who thinks to himself, I'll try but I doubt if it will work for me because I read somewhere that pumping is a joke and does not work, is not going to see gains. He is going to see what he has programmed his subconscious to believe, failure. The worst thing is this guy will then go on to spread this negativity to others by repeating his story of failure. This develops a collective conscience of negativity.

Our beliefs and attitudes will guide us through success and failure beyond Penis Enlargement. Successful growth of your penis will teach you about success and failure in other areas of life.
 
The cornerstone of Penis Enlargement is the man and his penis and too much time in the bathroom:)

I would say the true cornerstone of Penis Enlargement is man's dream to make himself a better person. I think there was some bored cave man with a small dick and a deep hole to fill. He most likely wanted to fill that hole so he went to work. :cool:

I agree with you 100% Cyclops! Personally, though, my order would be manual stretches, kegels and then jelqing.

I posted on the 'newbie' page a few days ago about my 2 month gains: .5" erect gain and about 1/8" girth. Maybe it is just me--maybe I am not 'seasoned' enough to Penis Enlargement but it seems that I have a really good stretch workout, and kegels are no problem, but I find the jelqing to be a little tedious.

This is probably just my feelings/opinion but I would rather do another set or two of stretches and another 100 kegels before I do another 100 jelq's!

I have been an athlete and competitor all my life: from pop warner football, through high school and college and then powerlifting after that--I do not like to lose--and hate to be defeated :) I am approaching Penis Enlargement as I do in my personal life: MASTER IT!! Just as I mastered football and powerlifting! But, like those other sports I have to keep learning and practicing to become good at it...... For me right now what is working are the stretches!

All you 'veterans' on here I look up to!---and maybe one day some 'newbie's' will look up to me! Good luck in your routines, gentlemen!

I'd have to say for length ..well my very first gains was just from manual stretching.. put me from 5 inches to 5 and 3/4 on my tape measure thing which is somewhat over 5.5 (im not great with measurements). But I must say now my mind has changed, lately I been doing Blasters and i do a split routine of blasters 25, then 25 later and even after the first 25, my penis stays longer then it is sometimes then it really is even after a few hours. Im satisfied with them Blasters, its gonna get me them gains! :)
 
jelqing - it introduces the two fundamental concepts that all other pe exercises are based on -
1. Expanding/stretching the blood holding chambers of the penis outwardly; and
2. Applying a greater than usual outward/downward/upward stretch on the tight tissues that regulate the penis length
