2nd post here :)

I have done kegals in the past, just never consistently. I think when I have done them, it's been too hard and too fast, hence wearing it out and having a weak EQ (erection quality) because of it.

I am capable of doing 60+ second holds at times, I can do kegal pumps for 5 seconds, rest, repeat for up to a minute, so I know I have a decent PC muscle in terms of strength, but I don't have it at a point where its assisted me in having consistent EQ's near 9 or 10.

So at this point, I am back to doing about 200 soft kegals a day and that is it. I have no issue doing these, I just have heard the PC muscle is tired much easier and needs longer times to recover.

With that said, I am also considering working on erect kegals, such as using a wet wash cloth or something.

Is one better then the other? Why?

Resistance will always bring faster muscular gains so the weighted version will be better.
 
I took a small ziplock baggy, put a couple golf balls in it, looped some string through the tops of both flaps...and when I got hard, I through the loop on the center of my shaft and basically tried to hold it up for as long as I could.

Now, I don't know if I should be trying to "bob" it up and down like lifting weights, or if its better to hold until your erection loses a little bit.

After my erection subsided...it was still erect enough to kegel again and hold up the baggy.

If I was struggling, I would assist the tip of my penis with a finger tip slightly and kegel again.

I basically did this as much as possible tonight, or as much as my dick allowed, which is how I treat pushups, situps, etc...

How is that gameplan...anything you would change besides adding more weight as time progresses?

It's kind of hard to determine how much weight, because truth is...I probably could have held up 3-4 golf balls, obviously for shorter amount of time but my erection was hard enough to hold them up.
 
Question, though.... if we're looking to build up, wouldn't we want to do lower reps? To me, the idea of mass kegeling just seems to tone the muscle which doesn't exactly strengthen much.

Your on the right track.

Slowly squezzed "Hard" kegels equals better Ejaculation control.

You should also do high reps to develop sexual [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words], which is definitely a vital and sought after quality to have.

low reps, high weight to make the pc/bc muscle larger which can assist with ejaculation control and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words], but also mix in high reps, low weight for the sexual [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] kind.

For the hell of it, the other night I was working with the ziplock baggy and I wanted to go for some mammoth weight, so I found my video camera laying nearby which has a shoulder strap...perfect to hang. Well, I was able to hold it up for 10-12 seconds, then went limp..and did it again for 8 seconds..then went limp.

I went online and found out it was 1.4 Lbs or something :)

So I think I am on the right track.

Also, holding up higher weight near the base FORCES you to constraint your PC muscle really hard, which really plumps up your shaft/head. So I think over time, it could be good for girth too.
 
You will also gain some serious base girth.

Yes, mix it up :)

I don't think the goal should be a larger PC, but stronger is definitely better. Like with other muscles, you can gain strength without gaining much size if you train correctly.

though a larger PC muscle probably wouldn't be a bad thing :)
 
One thing I hate about kegels in general, but weighted ones is I feel like 1-3 days after doing them my erections pretty much suck. Then after 3 days if I don't do kegels, I am pretty much back to normal...so hopefully after doing this process for several weeks, the recovery period will be much shorter.
 
I love erect or weighted kegels. One thing is People shouldnt do is train endurance muscle like endurance muscle. I dont see how those marathon kegel routine will ever work the muscle is designed for endurance so your just keeping it healthy and not making it stronger.
