I have done kegals in the past, just never consistently. I think when I have done them, it's been too hard and too fast, hence wearing it out and having a weak EQ (erection quality) because of it.
I am capable of doing 60+ second holds at times, I can do kegal pumps for 5 seconds, rest, repeat for up to a minute, so I know I have a decent PC muscle in terms of strength, but I don't have it at a point where its assisted me in having consistent EQ's near 9 or 10.
So at this point, I am back to doing about 200 soft kegals a day and that is it. I have no issue doing these, I just have heard the PC muscle is tired much easier and needs longer times to recover.
With that said, I am also considering working on erect kegals, such as using a wet wash cloth or something.
Is one better then the other? Why?
