I bought a Bib Starter hanger with Theraband for wrapping and began using it on November 28, 2004. However, I do not hang conventionally with it. I use it as a stretching device with one hellacious grip, I might add. What I do is tie a string from my computer desk to my 50 pound fish scale so that I can see approximately how much "weight" I'm using. I then put the hanger on and attach it to the "fish" end of the scale. Since my computer chair rolls I can just use my legs to push my body back until I've achieved my desired stretch.
I started on 11/28/04 using this stretching method sitting in the chair and stretching outward with a slight upward angle. I started with roughly 20 pounds of resistance and did this for as many 10 minute sets as I could get in every evening, usually 5. I experienced a lot of skin stretch but then I started to feel lig stretch on 12/03/04.
I started doing four 15 minute sets of 23 pounds on 12/04/04. (Side note: I find that the tighter the hanger, the better with regard to circulation and skin coloration) I felt a good lig stretch after these sets.
On 12/08/04 I started doing the above 15 minute sets with 25 pounds of resistance and I am still using this routine right now. I feel some soreness but not much. My current stats are in my sig: BPenis EnlargementL-6 13/16", EGMS- 5 1/2". I will be measuring again on 12/28/04. I'll keep this updated until I have reached my goal of 10"x7" NBP. BTW, should it feel good when hanging or should there be some discomfort and fatigue, kinda like from weight-lifting?
