I bought a Bib Starter hanger with Theraband for wrapping and began using it on November 28, 2004. However, I do not hang conventionally with it. I use it as a stretching device with one hellacious grip, I might add. What I do is tie a string from my computer desk to my 50 pound fish scale so that I can see approximately how much "weight" I'm using. I then put the hanger on and attach it to the "fish" end of the scale. Since my computer chair rolls I can just use my legs to push my body back until I've achieved my desired stretch.

I started on 11/28/04 using this stretching method sitting in the chair and stretching outward with a slight upward angle. I started with roughly 20 pounds of resistance and did this for as many 10 minute sets as I could get in every evening, usually 5. I experienced a lot of skin stretch but then I started to feel lig stretch on 12/03/04.

I started doing four 15 minute sets of 23 pounds on 12/04/04. (Side note: I find that the tighter the hanger, the better with regard to circulation and skin coloration) I felt a good lig stretch after these sets.

On 12/08/04 I started doing the above 15 minute sets with 25 pounds of resistance and I am still using this routine right now. I feel some soreness but not much. My current stats are in my sig: BPenis EnlargementL-6 13/16", EGMS- 5 1/2". I will be measuring again on 12/28/04. I'll keep this updated until I have reached my goal of 10"x7" NBP. BTW, should it feel good when hanging or should there be some discomfort and fatigue, kinda like from weight-lifting?

Sounds really good man! There will always be some level of discomfort, mild soreness from hanging or intense stretching.
 
12/12/04: For this week I am going to move the sets up to 20 minutes a piece at 25 pounds but I'm only doing 2 sets per night. I do not feel that I am putting myself in danger but to be safe I'll be doing 2-20 minute sets of 25 pounds for the next week or two. I know a lot of people will probably advise against this because it is "too much, too soon" but I am going strictly on how I feel and my level of fatigue. If I start feeling too much pain or fatigue I will lessen my workouts accordingly.

Weight is so personal to each hanger so what works for your level of comfort and fatigue can be so much different than someone else. Listen to your body and you will be fine.

Immediately after my sessions I am able to get a bone pressed flaccid stretched length of 7.5" so hopefully that is an indication of future gains.

12/21/04: Starting tonight I will be doing 3-20 minute sets of 25 pounds. I am still stretching straight out. I'll post again when I move up. Thanks for the encouragement, fellas.

EDIT: Unfortunately, for now I'm a grower. I believe my flaccid measurements are about 1/3 of what my erect measurements are. Hopefully one day I'll be like 8" flaccid on a cold day:D

12/26/04: Another thing I like about my setup is convenience. All you need is your hanger, wrap, string, scale, and a sturdy object to tie the string to. Well, and a body weight of more than 25 pounds:) I was away for the holidays from 12/22 to 12/25 and I would just tie the string to the towel rack in my hotel room and step back while standing until 25 pounds was reached. I would just stand and watch TV for 20 minutes per set as usual. Then at my final destination I tied the string to the headboard of the bed I slept in and just stood the whole time while watching TV. Just make damn sure the object you tie the string to can handle the stress.
 
12/28/04: The skin that bunches up around the glans while hanging is starting to get fluid build up and is getting sore. I don't know if this is normal or not but my digi cam is coming in today so I'll post a pic during and after my sessions tonight. Also, the skin that I'm speaking of gets, I assume, blood blisters and gets very dark immediately after my sets but turns almost normal after about 3 minutes of recovery time. I would stop for a couple days but I'm not losing any feeling in my glans and I don't feel pain, only a little soreness. The only potential problem I see is skin color and fatigue. But during the day when I'm not Penis Enlargementing that skin looks like it is tanned compared to the other skin on the shaft and the blood blisters are gone. I think I'm okay but I just thought I'd post this to get some more educated opinions.

I'll measure tonight after my workout and post this month's results.
 
These pics were taken approximately 24 hours after my last hanging session. The first one is of the skin on top of the shaft that gets bunched up by the hanger. The second one is of the skin on the bottom of the shaft that gets bunched up. As you can see, the coloration of the skin fits the shape of the hanger. The third pic is of my glans. I know there is discoloration in these pics but I'm not sore at all as of when I typed this. I'll post pics of my setup a little later when I'm ready to begin my sessions.
 
These are basically the same pics as before, only these were taken 3 minutes after my first set of the night.

BTW, the soreness is turning into pain at 25 pounds so I'm dropping to about 17 pounds and I'll stay there until I feel like I have recovered. 17 pounds feels good so far and if it starts to hurt I'll just stop for a few days until I completely heal. I've also included a couple pics of my setup.
 
25 pounds , holly shit nice work.... just massage some alovera into your member should do the trick thats what i do when i get a rash or fluid buildup.
 
Looks like you have a great setup. Just based upon your pics, I'd highly suggest lowering the poundage/intensity. You may also want to try alternating hot wraps/cold plunges to help with that bruising.

I'd hate to see you get a serious injury. Stay safe and don't rush.

Thanks, HOOSYODADDI. I lowered the weight to around 17 pounds but I move it up a little bit if it is too comfortable. Another great thing about this setup is the quick weight changes. All I have to do is move forward or back. Hopefully I'll gain more than 1/16" by March 28:)
 
Just checked your pics out mate and i get the exact same blood blister things as you do,have you been using anything for the discolouration,i'm using arnica cream but its not having much effect.

I've been hanging BTC with a Captain's Wench at about 6.75lbs @20min x2 sets/3x/week. BPenis EnlargementL = 6 and 5/8ths. If you look at my progress log, you'll see that I've gained a lot of length in a fairly short period hanging BTC at lower weight (compared to 17lbs). Also of note, I don't get any discoloration or bruising from hanging.

I still like your stretching technique and would like to try it myself. Someday, I'll fork out the cash for a Bib.

I'm just using some aloe vera lotion like HOOSYODADDI suggested. Its not having much effect either but I'm not too concerned yet. It has to be bruising from the intense pressure that is put on the skin by the hanger so I don't think anything will get rid of it except for time off. But as long as it doesn't hurt I'm going to keep on going, just more conservatively with the weight.

Well, my LOT is roughly 7:00, or almost straight down. Do you think stretching at an almost straight down position would help out?

Why not give BTC a try? Although the Loss of Tugback theory is pretty solid, it is by no means the "end-all-be-all." (No disrespect to BIB) I prefer to see what Penis Enlargement routines other guys have success with and try them for at least a month. It's good to remember that all theories are just that - theories - not "laws." Since your LOT is almost straight down, does that mean that you will only gain length by hanging OTS (over the shoulder)?

I also started doing a 5 minute hot-wrap with a hot, wet wash cloth before my first set and for 5 minutes immediately after each additional set. This has helped tremendously.
Glad to hear that your hangs are going better.
 
Thanks, HOOSYODADDI. I tried the BTC thing but I can't get everything adjusted properly with my hanger and scale so I'm just stretching at a more downward angle than I was. Now that I've got my hanger set it should help. I'll measure again on 3/28/05. If I don't gain anything by then I'll find a way to make the BTC work.

Sounds like a plan. In the meantime, go buy some cheap weights, a 6" or 8" long eyebolt and two different size washers. When you are ready, you can use those materials to BTC hang. The eyebolt and washers can be purchased at Home Depot, etc. For the weights, I'd buy them in 2lb or 2.5lb increments.

Update: Due to time constraints, I am changing my routine to Dash's hardcore routine where he hangs 1-20 minute set as heavy as possible without injury per night, 6 nights a week. I'll be hanging 7 nights a week but I might do 2 sets per night instead of just one. Last night I did one 20 minute set at 25 pounds and felt no fatigue so I may be moving up in weight fairly soon. I'm still using the same setup as in previous posts in this thread. I'll keep this updated and I'll measure again on 3/28.

The grip cord method didn't work for me so I went back to the Bib Starter and finally got it adjusted correctly. I'm going to start stretching again with it and tonight I did 4 sets, 20 minutes each, at 13 pounds. I'm going to measure my BPenis EnlargementL and EGMS in a few minutes and consider that measurement my starting measurement since I've been hanging incorrectly for the past 5 months. I'm also going to erase the measurements in my sig because I believe that they do not accurately reflect what can be gained by hanging and I was doing it wrong anyway. I consider 4/25/05 to be my starting date.
 
6/25/05: I have made my first decent gains and I hope to keep improving from here. I gained 3/16" in length from 4/25-6/25 and to say the least, I am really pumped!!

I have been hanging one 20 minute set straight out and one 20 minute set straight down every day, 7 days a week but I started the straight down set about 2 weeks ago. As of today I'm at 15 pounds per set but I've been moving up 1 pound per week. I'll start with 16 pounds per set on Monday. I'll post gains again on 8/25/05.

Thanks guys. Unfortunately I haven't gained at all from 6/25-8/25 so its time to step up the intensity. I had been hanging 2-20 minute sets at 25 pounds almost every day but I started to get lazy and not do it every day.

I've decided to start doing a little less weight and MUCH more time instead, like SWM did to gain his 3/4" length in 3 months. I'm going to be using 20 pounds per set and I will try to hang for 3 hours per day. Its apparent to me now that I have "ligs of steel" so I'm going to have to stretch those bastards until they decide to give in. I'm a little discouraged but I know that I can do it if I put more effort into it so that is what I'll do.
 
I finally got my hanger adjusted correctly...for real this time. I had to adjust the bottom hex nuts all the way in and the grip is absolutely amazing now with ZERO slippage, even after a 20 minute set. I have also decided to try a new technique based on my newfound comfort during my sets.

Starting on 10/23/05 I began hanging for 2 hours per day at 18 pounds per 20 minute set. I will start increasing the weight at a rate of 1 pound per week so I guess this is partly like Dashdeming's hardcore hanging, but with 6 20 minute sets instead of 1 or 2. I will be hanging straight out and I will measure again on 11/25/05. I know I've got it right this time so I hope to post gains on that date.
