Girth without tools use jelqs and SSJs. That's the primary newbie girth methods.

You can do newbie girth routine. and if you want width add in some slinky bends

This is fatigue, when it is present stretch the shot out of your penis! Adjust girth session in time and intensity and frequency to bring proper erection quality when needed.

You need to focus more on length till you get to at least 8.5 inches before switching over to girth work. When it comes to girth work, the 5x5x3 girth routine will bring all the gains you need.
