Hi all,

I have not been on this site for a while as I has been doing alot of research to find out of the actual condition what I have got. I have found out that the overall problems I have got is actually a pelvic floor muscle issues which caused the pain in my stomach, back pain, urgent to the toilet, leaks when urine, start and stop urine, slow urine, varicocele, depressed, no morning woods, erectile dysfunction and hard flaccid. I'm going to see the pelvic floor specialist in next month who will help me to get a treatment where I will do the exercises at home to stretches on the muscles to allow the muscles to relax, so it would get back to normal. :)

Do you know how long it would take me to get it back to normal??

Do you know what exercises I could do to treat for tightness pelvic floor muscle to get the muscle to relax while I am still waiting to see the physio??

I don't want to wait, but I understand that it would be better to wait until when I go and see the pelvic floor specialist as they are the specialist who can help me to do the exercises how I can relax the muscles so I can get rid of these issues. I hate to wait as I want to get back on the PE asap to stretch my penis to keep my penis to grow without I don't stop.

Anyway, I noticed of the problem that my penis got much smaller when I was used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] to stretch my penis. Do you think if [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] can caused the tightness of my pelvic floor muscle that if I should not use it again as if you do recommend me to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] instead when I get better??

However, when I have been laying down in bed, it have really helping the muscles to relax. I have noticed that my penis got bigger when I have been laying down as my scrotum got tightness, so I got up and I've measured it. My actual size is about 5.57inch in length and 4.75inch in girth. I used to have 3.9inch in length and 4.0inch in girth. Now I can see a huge difference when I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] for 2 years. I know that I should have more than that, but the tightness pelvic floor muscle has stopping me to do the PE so I couldn't do anything. If I knew it was the pelvic floor issue, I would get a treatment straight away without delay it. If I didn't have a pelvic floor issue, I would have a big cock right now and I would be ready to pleasure many chicks :)

When I recover from my pelvic floor issue, do you recommend if I should go for 7.5inch in length and 5.5inch in girth for a flaccid if that is a good size as if I would get 9.5inch in erection?

The Pelvic Floor Muscles cover a wide group of muscles and I doubt that the entire group is effected by this 'tightness'. This sounds like perhaps a pulled or strained muscle(s) or a cramped muscle that will not release. I think the first thing to do is try to release this highness by doing reverse kegels, this would be the opposite of a Kegel and it is a total release of the entire PFM's which may help relax the muscle(s) if they are cramped. The next thing would be a muscle relaxer, you would need to have it prescribed but that may work. I really think that the doctor will give you more specific advice and I would love to hear their opinion.

Thank you for your advice. Do you know how long it would take for the pelvic floor muscle to relax when I do the reverse kegels??

If I dont feel the tightness can I still do the PE or not??

Before your sessions do DLD blasters to help tire out your PFMs, also when stretching perform reverse kegels to help bypass them for a greater stretch.

Thanks for your advice. Is the reverse kegels the only exercise I can do to help the PFMs to get relax?

Do you know how long it would help me to solve the problem for the tightness of the PFMS to allow the muscles to relax?

Another thing that you could do is DLD blasters with long kegel holds to pre exhaust the PFM before you stretch, but as far as i know reverse kegels are your best bet. Like every other muscle in the body, or so i would assume its like any other muscle in the boyd, a good way to fatigue a muscle is to pre fatigue it by working it out or loosening it up by stretching it out.

The muscle have no choice but to relax upon a Reverse Kegel, as it is the total 'un-flex' of the Pelvic Floor Muscles.

Yeah it sounds likely I need to do the reverse kegels. I have found the website where you can see "your penis retract as you tighten" that I already has got. It said on the website I need to do the reverse kegels.

Pelvic Floor Muscle Relaxation for Men - Pelvic Pain Foundation

I will need to speak to my pelvic floor muscles specialist to see if they agree if I need to do this.

Do you know how long it would take me for the muscles to relax when I do the reverse kegels?

Would it take me few weeks or 3-6 months to get the muscles to relax completely?

They will relax with every session, they will never completely relax but with RK's you can force them into relaxation. A Reverse Kegels is simply an unfelt of the pelvic floor muscles, hence immediate relaxation.

Oh I see. If the PFM get tightness after I use the RK to force them into relaxation, do I need to keep doing it?

Do you recommend if I should stop doing PE for now and force on my PFM to get them to relaxation?

And do you recommend if I should do RK everyday for at least 3 months to allow the PFM to relaxation completely?

Try to reverse kegel throughout your whole session. This will give you the most benefits if you are committed to doing this. The reverse kegel can do wonders as long as you do them correctly

Excellent advice! It will take time and practice to master a RK for a long period but well worth the time investment. When we RK there is absolutely nothing stopping us from getting the best possible stretch.

I have been doing RK today as my penis got tightness so when I try to do the RK, I can see my penis got relaxin before it got tightness again. How many times I need to do the RK in daily?

Do you know how long it would take me to solve the problem?

Would it take me few weeks or month to get it to solve?

I would spend maybe 10 minutes twice daily of reverse kegels with deep tissue massage as you are doing the RK. This will allow the muscles to relax more and help correct the issue faster. I would think it should be sorted by a months end.

Thank you for your advice. Do I have to do 10 minutes reverse kegels twice a way and same for penis massage?

And do you mean that it should be sorted by one month?

Should I stop doing PE for now until when I get my PFM sorted?

I think within a month you will start to see the PFM always relaxed unless in use. Yes 10 minutes the same as the massage.

You hit the nail on the head for me. I've been having the same issue since i was 17. I've been told it was prostatitis for yrs until i sat researching for countless hrs and found out about pelvic floor dysfunction. Buy the book a headache in the pelvis. It realllyyyy breaks down everything you wanna know about pelvic floor muscle tightness and muscle knots/trigger points. I haven't gone to a pf specialist yet but i really need to. They're gonna teach you internal and external massages. That book is def a must have for the issues your having cause like i said i was in the dark and at the mercy of my stupid dr for 7 yrs, and it does cause a problem as far as pe is concerned. You can download the nook app and buy the book that's what i did.

It really makes pe difficult for stretching and jelqing and it really is depressing, when you cant perform like you used to.

It should not cause that. With a reverse Kegel there is nothing holding back the stretch, every bit of intensity is delivered to the shaft. Jelqing is a very old exercise, the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words] is a far better girth exercise. Many do not gain girth until they advance into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. What is happening with your performance that is bothering you my Brother?

Eq is just not like it used to be at all. It feels like my pelvic is constantly sore from over working. It effects my entire pelvic region. The lack of eq makes it hard to get a good jelq session in. There is always soreness in my ischiocavernosus muscles which probably messes with the blood flow down there. I tried kegels to improve eq but it mskes the pain worst. I don't know if its pain cause the muscles are weak or cause of trigger points.

I did notice that there is a type of pain right above and under my pelvic bone on my lower abs, but if i suck in my lower abs it helps eq. It takes conscience effort tho so it makes me have to tighten up more. Unless im drunk my eq is not good amd even then its still not solid. It's annoying

Hey DLD,

I have got questions. I have got an appointment to see the pelvic floor specialist in two days time to get check up to see if I do have a pelvic floor tilt or pelvic floor tension which I am most likely to have it. If I do, should I stop doing PE and force on stretching on the pelvic floor muscle until when I get the problem sorted?

When I get back on the PE after when I recover, how I can avoid the tightness of the pelvic floor muscle to occurs again?

If I don't have either of them (pelvic tilt or pelvic tension), do you recommend if I should see a doctor to try to take the viagra pills to see if I do have a poor blood flow to the penis and try to restore my erection?

if my erection don't work then I might have a buck's fascia. I could require my doctor to investigate the problem to see if I do have it?

If my erection work then great, I would know that I could have a poor blow flow to the penis. When you do PE, do you recommend if I should always take the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]titan[/words] pills to help to improve the blood flow to the penis in each time when I stretch my penis to prevent my penis to go small when there is not enough blood flow to the penis?

What happen if you don't take the pills when you stretch your penis? would it make your penis to go small when you stretch your penis that you don't have enough blood flow to the penis?

I'm sorry about asking you different questions, but I am trying to get the problem sorted out. I am getting very close now to find out what is the actual problem of what I have got as I has been suffered with this for 3 and half years. The problem could be either poor blood flow, tightness foreskin, tightness pelvic floor muscle or fatigue. I will find out when I see the pelvic floor specialist to see if I do have a tightness pelvic floor or not that caused the hard flaccid, erectile dysfunction, no morning woods, back pain....etc. When I found the problem, I will know what to do next time to save me alot of time.

Example 1: When I stretch my penis and I see that my foreskin get covered all over on my glans with wrinkle as my scrotum get shrinkage, so I would know that the pelvic floor get tightness. I use the exercises that my pelvic floor specialist gave to me so I could continue to use to stretch it until when I get the muscles to relax or I could go back to see the same pelvic floor specialist that I went to see to do the exercises.

Example 2: I don't have a tightness pelvic floor muscle, so I would know that I have a fatigue. I would use the exercises to stretch my penis to avoid the tightness and take the pills to try to improve the blood flow to the penis. When I see the fatigue again, I would know what to do like go all the way back from the start.

I hope you will understand where I am coming from. I want to get my problem sorted quickly when I caught the problem in time, so I can move forward to get back on the PE without waste anymore time. I would hate to wait for another 3 years to get my problem sorted when I know what the problem is. I hope you get what I mean?

I hope this will help others who suffered with the same problem like what I have got, so they can get their problem sorted to save their time and money. This condition is driving me mad, there is nothing wrong with my penis at all as my penis is fine. Something have got to do with the muscles or it could be something else.

Let us wait and see what the doctor says before I advise. I have some ideas but a diagnosis will allow me to give you spot on advice. Have no worries my Brother we are with you 100%! Post the results when you get them. I pray for a awesome outcome.

The hip and lower ab tightness will literally kill an erection if it happens to tighten up of its not already tight.

This is the product of fatigue. Soreness at that location is normal and expected for the first few weeks. If you are having issues with erections because of fatigue I suggest a long enough break between workout until you find the perfect timing. You can also use Viagra and eq will not matter, if you are excited you will get an awesome erection!

I went to see the pelvic floor specialist today and she was useless. She is not sure if I do have a tightness pelvic floor after I have explained to her about the conditions what I went through with the pain in my stomach, back pain, urgency to pee, pee leaks on the floor, delay to pee, start and stop pee, strain during bowel movement, varicocele, erectile dysfunction and no morning woods. She is going to refer me to see the physiotherapy to get check up and also she is going to refer me to see someone about my erection issue. There is nothing to do with my physical issue, the issue that caused the ED is the restrict of the blood flow to the penis which is come from pelvic floor. I know that as I have been google it alot to do my researched and I found the evidence that all of those issues are relating to the pelvic floor issue.

I have been told that I will have to wait for 2 months to see the physiotherapy so fuck it, they are wasting my time and they are playing games with me. I am going to see someone else now as I am going to pay in private. She's specialist in the area of pelvic floor over 30 years for men and women so I am going to see her next Friday. She will most likely to know about pelvic floor issue and she will most likely to give me a treatment on the same day if I get diagnosis with a pelvic floor issue. I believe she will help me with this and get the problem sorted out quickly to get it to solve so I can move on and get over it before the time wasters want to see me. I am not going to see them for wasting my time. I am going to see someone else in private who will help me to get the problem sorted :)

Yeah I know it's ridiculous. Why should I have to wait for another 2 months when I am in alot of pain?

I think I'm better off to drop the money and go private. My problem will be sorted very quickly before the physiotherapy want to see me in a month later when I am fully recovered so I am not going to let them waste my time.

I will let you know what she say about my pelvic floor when I see the physiotherapy in next week.

Hey DLD,

I went to see physiotherapy today and she was very helpful. She asked me the questions about what I went through especially when I went to toilet, experience with back pain, stomach pain, hard flaccid, varicocele, erectile dysfunction and so on. She had checked my pelvic floor through on my anus when she used her finger to put it up my ass. She asked me to squeeze the muscle to hold it for 10 seconds then relax and squeeze it again. When I squeezed it, she said that my pelvic floor muscle is good.

She had to put her hands on my lower abdominal to force on it to see where the issue is coming from and I feel the pain. She said that I have twisted a muscle called 'Posas' as it got spasm which causing my pain. I need to do the exercise that she gave me the exercise is called "crunchies", it will help the muscle to allow them to get relax. And also she said that I need to do the kegels exercises 3 times in per day to hold it 10 seconds as it will help to strength the pelvic floor muscle and it will also help to shrink the varicocele. She said that I should always hold the muscle for 10 seconds at a time.

I'm not really sure how she know I have twisted a 'Posas' muscle when I was doing PE. I have asked her about how she know and she said that she can feel the tightness on my posas muscle. She said when the muscle (posas) get tight, they will causing the nerve to the bladder and bowel to be hyper - sensitive and causing the pain, urgency to go to toilet and loss of erections. I did not twisted the muscle when I was stretching my penis to help my penis to grow. When I was stretching my penis, it will causing the tightness of the pelvic floor muscle. I am going to ask her again to make a double check to see if I have been given a proper diagnosed with a tightness posas muscle.

I have never heard of a posas muscle that caused the hard flaccid, erectile dysfunction, back pain, stomach pain...etc when you do PE. Most people that I have spoken on this forum who are suffered like what I have got as most of them are suffered with a tightness pelvic floor when they was doing the PE, but my pelvic floor is not tightness. I've found it very strange.

She sounds to be very knowledgeable and the diagnosis sounds to be good. Follow her directions and do not make up additional diagnosis's! Put your trust in her advice and follow it. If things do not heal you can always get another diagnosis but from the exam she did and the 2 checking points she made are very smart and accurate. I also liked that she knew what Kegels were. A 10 second hold is a good thing but I would also follow the Kegel routine in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] as it also trains endurance along with strength. Other than that, trust, and do what the doctor said.

Bumping for interest. I've had the same problems that badboy has been describing for about a year and a half now. Has totally killed motivation for PE and for pretty much any other life goal. If you find something, please let us know. I'm going to follow the shit out of this thread and hope that it finds something for me as well, because this shit is getting old.

Yes I am making progress, my physio has very helpful. She has found the muscles that are tightness when she had checked me up. I felt the pain in my left testicle when she used her hand to force on the psoas muscle. She said that I have sway back posture which it means I have increased pelvic tilt caused by my psoas muscle being too long and weak. She said that the crunchies exercise will help to stabilize this. It will help to improve my posture, the pain, restore the erections...etc. She also said that the psoas and the pelvic floor are closely linked within pelvic cavity, when she checked my pelvic floor she has found it seen to be normal. My lower abdominal symptoms were made worse by not getting a treatment.

She said I had a spasm in my psoas muscle instead of being strong the muscle long and weak. She said that she is so happy because my psoas muscle is improving.

She advised me to do the crunchies exercise, hamstring exercises, the bridge exercise for 6 weeks so it will help me to get it strong, help the psoas muscle to relax and strength the pelvic floor.

When I have done those exercises, I can see my penis got big and fat instead of being small. :)

Thanks bro, I am really glad that I went private so I will save alot of time instead of wasting my own time. :)

I am now working on it so hopefully the treatment will help to get rid it asap. I don't know how long that will be.

I am not going back on the PE for a while, because the psoas muscle will be tighten if I stretch my penis which it will increase the pelvic tilt as it could take me longer to recover and it can cause weakness of the pelvic floor muscle. Lucky for me is my physio have checked my pelvic floor when she put her finger up in my anus and she said my pelvic floor is fine. I am going to stay out of PE and do what my physio therapy say until the problem is sorted.

But one problem is when I'm fully cured, I can get back on the PE but will it increase the risk of pelvic tilt when I stretch my penis or it won't increase the risk of pelvic tilt when I get the problem sorted?

I think once you have solved this issue PE will npc longer be of any danger.

Really? are you sure that it would not affect the pelvic floor when I get back on the PE?

Pretty much.

I have HF too, pelvic floor dysfunction confirmed by a physio, you should probably look into DCT, there is more than your pelvic floor muscles in play with this condition

https://freedomfrompelvicpain.com/hard-flaccid/

this has been very successful in resolving pelvic floor issues, even as david explained to me, working on the pelvic floor alone will not solve the problem if there is tension in adjoining muscle groups, look into it dude

Thanks for the Link!

Thank you for your advice. Do you know how long it would take for the pelvic floor muscle to relax when I do the reverse kegels??

If I dont feel the tightness can I still do the PE or not??

Have you been able to solve the pelvic floor muscles problem?
