Hello everyone!

I've been doing PE for a few months now on and off, I've done the break in routines and I'm ready to get serious.. only problem with this is, is that I find myself slacking majorly with consistency. Which is why I've come here. I'm hoping that posting a progress thread that it will help to encourage me to be much more consistent so I can make those gains! I'm also looking to be held accountable by the brotherhood here.

My official start date was 11/11/16, since then I've been at it daily so far.

My starting measurements are:
6.5 BPEL
4.5 MEG

The routine I'm going to be starting with is:
5 minute warmup (shower)
10 minutes of bundle stretching
15 minutes basic stretches
4 hour minimum [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]
Then after [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]
5 minute warmup (shower)
10 minute bundle stretches
Then the glorious 5x5x3 Girth Blasters.

My goal is a 8x6 but I don't see myself stopping if I get there 😉 (Girth is my main focus)

Wish me luck guys, I'll be posting here atleast weekly and only measuring every three months! If you see any holes in my routine feel free to share your thoughts. Anything awesome for girth is welcome!

I won't have any fake days, I'll be 100% honest mostly because this is something that I really take seriously and something I want to make a reality. I'm looking for back up here and the brotherhood to keep pushing me!

Also forgot to mention there will be some kegels and edging involved with my routine.

Secondly I'm part of the way through my routine today :) got the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on and I'm stretching away! (Just below 900grams of tension)
 
Welcome to the Brotherhood Blu! Your workout looks very good. There are 3 minor adjustments that will perfect it. First is erect stretching it is wise to get in as much as you can but at least 3 times a week for 5 minutes. Also, Expressive stretching is another important inclusion as it delivers length gains and base girth from internal penis. Lastly, be sure to get in your Kegel work, this will keep you eq high as you become bigger and bigger. I wish you the best and I will be here daily to check in on you.
 
Any advice on how to correctly perform a erect stretch?

Also is the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretches acceptable for expressive stretching? As of right now I just bought the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] ultimate package so I'm not looking to drop more money on a new device as of yet.

Kegels are there, I do them a bunch during all girth excersices. Should I try to do more throughout the day?

I trust you. Only edge a few times a week so not to fatigue your dick too much. Sometimes it can get addicting too and turn to masturbation so watch out.
 
I've done four days in a row so far, I know it sounds lame but that's good for me especially with such a demanding routine.

Today (11/15) I'm going to have to skip the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and just do manual tugging with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]. I'm getting a little sore where my testies meet my shaft (I stretch downward almost 100% of the time), so I'm looking for something to cushion the bottom of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Hoping tomorrow won't be as bad and I can get back to it full force!
 
Got two things that's will hopefully help out my routine:

1: I completed the Velcro mod for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], holy shit, this thing is a life saver, I won't wear it any other way from now on. Just need to find a padding mod for the base now.

2: Got my WineVac for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], I'll try it for the first time tonight and report back!

Well the wine vac, is F*#King awesome 👏🏻. If you don't have one or the extreme get it immediately! Worth way more than 7-9$ you can find them for.

Helped me break a plateau I was at in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] by a 1/4" really more like 5/16"s. Results were a .25 gain in girth (of course only temp, atleast for now 😉)

Well I realized I forgot to post an update on Monday. My first week was good, I did miss two days, one for a festival and the other because my cock was too sore, I'm guessing because of the introduction of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

Moving into week two though, I'm 3 for 3, still hanging a bit lower I would say throughout the day, and pump is almost sticking around for 24 hrs now. It's really noticeable for the first 12 hrs, but even after that I can still see the difference until my next session. Can't wait for these temp gains to start sticking around 👍🏻

I love to hear about consistency and when you can motivate yourself at the times you can't be with Brotherhood it is a great quality. Remember, everyday is a new opportunity to add size.
 
Well, I've had difficulty keeping up with my original routine, so I'm going to be changing it up to better suite my schedule. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is a good device, but I cant find the time to wear it long enough for it to be effective, if in the future I can fit it in, then I will of course.

I need opinions on the new routine to see if I'm missing anything.

Early AM (4:00 I wake up this early for work)
Warm up in shower 5-10 Minutes (BM no pressure)
5-10 Minutes of bundle stretching
15-30 Minutes of manual stretching (depending on how much time I can spare, the snooze button is my enemy :D)
15-20 Minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] with the last set of 5 minutes being expressive stretching.
Then follow this up with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] to hold the temp length gain.

PM (9-10:00)
5-10 minute warm up in shower (Again [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] no pressure)
5-10 minute bundle stretching
5x5x3 Girth Blasters
Straight into the cockring for an all nighter.

I will be doing kegels throught the day but mostly during my PM girth routine. Also, will be doing edging a few times a week.
This routine I have already been doing the past couple of days, seeings how i spend 10-12 hours a day at work (more with travel) its much easier for me to break it up and be more consistent with this. Would this be over doing it in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]?

On a side note, Im going to start posting on here daily instead of weekly, I think it would help to hold me more accountable as to keep me more consistent. :)

Well the past two days have been great with the new routine. Getting alot of expansion pumping twice a day, with little to no fluid retention. Everything is going as expected just need to keep it up the consistency

Last night I completed my full PM Girth routine, and this morning I had to cut my length routine short a bit, but still was able to produce a hang lower than normal.

Cant wait to start seeing some progress!!
