I doubt I'll be posting too many routine changes in here like I've seen in some because I'm mainly following the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] (with some footlong stretches and LAS at times in between), but I wanted to have a thread to mark my gains down and see how it all goes in the long run. I started with 6.5' non-bone pressed both flacid stretched and erect, about 7' bone pressed in both.

I started 08/08/2004 and after 4 days I was at 6.75' in both nbp measurements. By the end of the first week I was at 7.5' bone pressed flacid stretched. Now at 08/18/2004, a week and a half after starting to take pe seriously I am at 7' flacid stretched nbp and 7.75' bp! I've had gains of about 3/4' fsbp and .25' nbpel in a week and a half. I think the reason my el shot up right away was because on the 4th day I did erect stretches, which somehow directly translated into erect gains. I haven't done them since... perhaps I should soon. :cool:

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I'm working on foreskin restoration as well. I was really dubious about it and didn't think I'd try it at first, but after reading about all the benefits and realizing that it's the natural way we're born, I've decided to go for at least mostly flacid coverage, probably not erect coverage though. I'll figure that out when I get there. Starting out with taping for now.

Girth fluctuates somewhere between 5' and 5.5' at the moment, but I don't measure it often. I haven't noticed gains in it yet either. Right now I'm focusing mainly on length. Also I'm taking off days randomly, not quite one of one off, there's more days on than not but if I feel I need the extra day of rest then I take it.

Yesterday I noticed some t-veins, so I took a rest day and don't know if it's safe to continue with pe until it's gone so for now I'll take a short break. I still have it somewhat, but it was minor so it's going down now. I hope I can resume training again soon... and I hope I don't lose what I've gained so far, though I'm sure I'd be able to get it back. ^_^
 
How your girth can fluctuates so much???Its a huge diference between 5'' and 5.5''.In 4 days you have gained in lenght from 6.5 to 6.75??
 
The 5.5 girth measurement was right after a girth workout... probably a bad time to take the measurement. Normally it's about 5.25. And yeah... somehow I gained 1/4' in el in four days, but after that it was all flacid stretched gains. Probably because I stopped doing erect stretches. Since these gains came so fast and recently I think I might have to re-gain them if these t-veins don't go away soon enough. I'll see.
 
You're going to get those until your penis becomes conditioned to Penis Enlargement. I noticed that it took me about two months before I stopped getting those little knots and lumps. Just take it easy and don't get frustrated and give up. The quick gains are pretty common, too. I think, with circumcised men, you are actually just pulling out some hidden penile length that the Circ was holding back. Once you get some slack skin and get all your shaft pulled out, you are going to have to buckle down and make it grow instead of just getting to where you would have been if you hadn't been circumcised. Please let me know how your FR is going, and when you start noticing the increased sensitivity and other benefits!
 
Thanks for the support kong. So it's okay to train through t-veins... but just more lightly? It's not a severe case, but I'm naturally worried so I put everything on hold because I just wanted to be safe.. I even stopped t-taping since the t-veins showed up due to not knowing how that would effect it. I think I needed the break though, I was getting some dried, chaffed skin right around my glans.. I think from the stress of pulling. I doubt that was from the FR. As far as FR is concerned, I was lucky to not have been cut so tightly, so hopefully that will make the process a little easier. You're probably right about my gains being from length held back from circ, I hear it can hold back up to an inch. (which happens to be what I want to gain in length. :cool: )

Are T-Veins thrombosis? If so it might not be a good idea to train through these.
 
Yes, thrombosis. It's mostly died down now... but one of the veins still is slightly more firm than normal. I haven't done any pe at all since I got them yet. Should I wait until there's no sign whatsoever left, or is "mostly healed" enough to start back up with less intensity? I've been taking 200mg ibuprofen 5-6 times a day to help speed recovery. It might be too much, but that's the recommended on the bottle and I want to heal as fast as possible.

The veins aren't so hard like they were... but they aren't as soft as normal yet, so I decided to do no more than some stretches.

I've noticed also that after doing the stretches my glans and just under it where I grip becomes really sore, which is where the dried skin and chaffing came from. The dried skin and such has cleared up from the break I took, but so that I have less chance of it coming back I've decided to start using some lotion where it gets sore right after the warm down.
 
Well, no real changes yet, the thrombosis has been healed for a while but I've been slacking at the routine and I think I'll have to stick to it if I want any more gains. I was wondering, for the basic stretches, would it be the same if I did one 60 second hold and another 30 second, or just one 90 second one? At this point that seems to be easier with my lazyness..

I'll look into getting hydrocotizone, but it can be hard to find extra money as a college student. :s

Hydrocortizone is very cheap (maybe $2.50) and it will last you a year.

90 second stretches are fine if the intensity is consistent throughout the stretch. For me 90 seconds I would start to lag and slip so 30-60 second stretches work best for me.
 
Reporting a gain of .25" in girth. It is now at 5.5", which is my goal for girth. I'm not going to stop yet though, because it is probably not cemented yet. I may go to 5.75" girth before just going on a maintanance for it because some may go down.
 
STUFF CONGRATS BRO! Hell yeah man I'm stoked I got to hear you get there. It's got to feel great getting to your goal... I'm sure you are excited. Now just to tackle some length and cement that girth, do it!
 
Thanks Alloy! :) I'm glad I was able to get to my goal before I move, and it was right before it too.. I move tommorow. I won't have nearly as much privacy to Penis Enlargement, but I think I'll be able to get FR in still because that can be hid. I hope I can get enough of a girth routine in that I don't lose these uncemented gains, though.

Edit: I don't know if I'll be able to check this site anymore after today, and if I am able to at times it won't be often. But I learned things here that most guys didn't really think was possible.

Well, I managed to get some time alone enough to get to the site just once so far, so I may be able to check in sometimes but it won't be as often. As for Penis Enlargement.. I'll check back with how I'll get that sorted out. Hopefully I'll be able to get some in. Just moved in today.

I think I've seen some gains, it may have been fat pad decreasing but I'm not sure...

At max erection
BPenis EnlargementL: 7.5"
NBPenis EnlargementL: 7"

At relaxed erection
BPenis EnlargementL: 7.25"
NBPenis EnlargementL: 6.75"

FSL after 24 hours of no Penis Enlargement
BPFSL: 8" [one tick under]
NBPFSL 7.25"

Edit: I don't think I should consider myself in the 7 inch club till I'm at 7" relaxed... I'm hard on myself like that. :s

A decrease in the fat pad is probably the best gain in penis size you can get, this is so visual and impressive compared to a BP gain. Don't second guess yourself, you have gained and deserve credit for it.
