I am just about to start Phase 2 and there was no way for me to do the A stretch over the wrist so this gives me a viable option. My question is should i start the Phase exercises should i follow the exercises for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] video's.

All you need is to get a great [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] setup and you'd be all set. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] is a multi-function fulcrum and can be used to leverage just about any stretch to make it more intense. I'd say start with a simple down and through stretch for stretch one, and superset that with a bow and arrow stretch and you'd be all set for the first month or so. Look around here on the forum as I know the exercises are listed somewhere, I think at the start of this thread, and Kooky has a routine for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] in a thread somewhere.
 
just got my pw and its the best manual tool in the world at least for now. my penis is on fire. i need a new hand i think cause im streatching so hard. if someone comes out with a fake hand or something to streatch longer. thanks dld etc. dld come meet some mates of mine next season....

from what i seen there is no program for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words]? there are just diagrams of how to use it for different exercises...have you done a search to look and to answer your other question yes much like manual stretches or wearing an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]... using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] will eventually translate into erect length

Does any body have any advice as to how to keep a grip while stretching? Your best bet is to pick 3 of your favorites and do each for 10 minutes (in sets of course)
 
how's many sets of each routine should a person who's using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] for the first time.
