ok I dunno if anybody is really going to care about my routine, but i'm going to be honest I don't care rofl I'm just doing this to make sure I stick with my workouts. The reason why I don't think ppl are going to care is b/c i'm not really going to measure. I'm going to go more by looks and feel.
My current goal is almost already met haha and that is just to have my flaccid length to look longer. Long term goal is 8+" erect length. Girth I got, but I will still do some jelqs to atleast keep my current girth and maybe add a little a long the way.

I have decided to change my routine a bit from my earlier thoughts. I hope to do something like this
DLD's beginner's stretches
1hanging session a day with some light weight 5-10lbs and while hanging do kegals to swing the weight
Then add some Jelqs here and there
On top of that I will wear my eco [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] when I have time for 1-2hrs a day
Today's routine
1hanging session 17.5lbs only for about 10minutes b/c of some slippage with the device. This is why I have decided to down the weight up the time and do kegals

Dry Jelqs here and there

Side note is i'm more of a shower I guess as my tendon is very tight
