If you use DLD's behind the cheek squatting stretch it puts insane force on the ligs. If you spread your knees out it increases the force tenfold. Be super careful with that one.

I think that you hit different angles with this two streches.But for me most important is to be very relax when you strech,this will make your session to be completly.And the best streches are made sitting for me,if you are newbie don't think do sitting streches and do some little standing streches...
