Alright, I do both methods when I have engaged in manuel stretching.
Pulling the skin back can get you a better grip, but you must make the grip underneath the ridges of the glans. Pulling the penis with the skin normall, well this can make the stretch more intense as you have more area to pull, with regards to underneath the ridge via the glans method which is a delicate area, although VERY TOUGH and no it wont tear and your dickhead fly through the air and be identified as a UFO....thats just hearsay, its TOUGH FUCKIN MATERIAL even though it looks so fragile. If you go via the
normal route and stretch with the foreskin as it is normally, over the head than when you go into a hard intense stretch your more likely to loose the grip. You can apply baby powder, or wear golf gloves ect to counteract this. I myself prefer the skin folded and than stretching...you cant go as intense, but I think you stretch the internal penis better thisway as when you stretch when folded normally you IMHO only, stretch mainly the skin....hence it feels more intense, but I suppose if you angle in the correct direction and move further towards the base than sure it will be a better stretch than comparing it with stretching underneath the head. Both methods work GREAT, you will gain with both.
