Basically i've known about Penis Enlargement for some time now and the most consistent i've been with it was about a month to a month in a half at the longest so i'm creating a tread so that i can stay motivated

Here's my routine:

Stretches (usually in the shower)

1 - Pull str8 out and do 25 kegels while stretched out then do the same to the left and to the right
2 - Pull str8 up and do 25 kegels while stretched up then do the same to the left and to the right
3 - Pull str8 out (but this time no kegels) for a count of 25, then do the same to the left and to the right
4 - 25 Cranks
5 - Pull str8 up (again no kegels) for a count of 25, then do the same to the left and to the right
6 - 25 Cranks
7 - Repeat steps 3 - 6

Jelq's

1 - 100 sitting down jelqing upwards instead of out
2 - 3 mins of edging
3 - Repeat steps 1 - 2 twice

Supplements

1 - L-lysine: Supports cell growth and function - 500mg pill 3x/day
2 - Tongkat Ali: Increases testosterone levels and it has been said to increase penis size - 400mg capsule 4x/day 5days on 2off
3 - Zinc: Essential for normal tissue renewal and reproductive development - 1 50mg pill 1x/day 5days on 2days off
4 - Korean Ginseng: revitalizes and rejuvinates the entire body - 100mg capsule 3x/day 5days on 2days off
5 - Multivitamin: whenever im not taking my zinc so 5days off 2days on

*Dont take a full day's worth of pills/capsules all at once...I take all of these besides l-lysine with a meal and i dont take my multivitamin with the zinc cuz that could be 2 much zinc for the body

I'll measure once every 4 weeks and update how my sessions go once every week...and as time goes i'll make modifications 2 my routine​

Oh yea and i've also started doing these things called "Piss Pulls" just 1 30sec stretch every time i whip it out 2 pee...i read about them somewhere on here thought i'd give them a try, i like

I missed 2 days in a row wich is rare for me but my job took up all my time in the past couple of days. I wont miss todays workout.

I've also been doing those piss pulls everyday

Im more focused on gaining length than girth but i need 2 Jelq mon - fri because i want 2 get as big as possible so this week im going 2 just do my sessions after i wake up because the main reason y i missed the jelqs was because i said i would do them b4 bed but i jus ended up going 2 sleep

Also im going 2 start takin half a tablet of a 25mg DHEA pill 4 2 weeks on 5 days off
 
It was a long day, im doing my Monday workout now...Decided to change just the stretching rountine, im going to make everything 30 instead of 25...How's everything holding up on ur end homie?
 
man, another month has gone by with no gains. I just stretched for half an hour every day, i think i only missed 4 days. I'm going to have to change things up, I will post on my picture progress thread.
 
Yea u gotta switch it up every now and then in order 2 get better results, that's what i've learned thru working out...Every 4 weeks or so i change up the sets, reps, and weight that way my body doesnt get used to the same thing

What did ur routine look like, how many months did u do it for, and how much did u gain from it?
 
Also if u dont already, i read somewhere on here that adding reverse kegels to ur routine helps because it relaxes the ligs giving u a better stretch

I did a lot better than last week i go 5 days on 2 off so i missed 1 more day than i should have i want to eventually work my way up to 7 days like u so im going to try commit to 5 days on...Im going to have to commit to that starting Fri of next week thou since my spring break starts this week Sat & it wont end until then...Im going to try & get some good stretches in while taking a shower thou

On the good side of things all this stretching that i've done looks like its startin 2 finally pay off, my flacid length has increased, idk by how much b/c i've never been interested in it but i might start measurin it now just to c how much i have gained...Its got me takin 2nd looks in the mirror all the time haha

Also i'm adding a set of 20 JAI stretches to the Left, Right and middle in the str8 out and up direction

What does ur stretching routine look like? If u have a link 4 it could u post it 4 me
 
I used to always stick to a strick routine but I always found myself rushing to finish the routine. So for the first time in 2 years I have just set aside a half an hour to stretch and I am not even doing specific stretches now, I'm just feeling it out and trying to get those ligs burning as much as possible throughout the half hour.

This month has been very good for me so far, for the first time I am also edging a few times a day as well, and I have probably put in an hour of stretching every day this month on average. I am stretching with more force this month than last month because I didnt gain anything last month.
 
Support group check in... I just did 300 jelqs. Followed by a few supra slammers. It took me about 10-12 minutes. I am going to try to do this at least 3 times a week.

My routine last week went horrible because i was on vacation i did a couple stretches here and there but nothing too serious...I do have good news thou, i managed to gain 1/8 of an inch in BPenis EnlargementL, none in girth but that's ok i'll make gains by the end of month 2

How's everything going with y'all?
 
Well I upped my jelq routine to 400-600 per session. Seems to be getting small results. Unmeasurable 1/32 to 1/16 sort of bonus. It looks bigger though.

then I developed a hot spot on my dick that is a little sore. I posted about it on my routine. I hope it goes away. Hate to take another break as I am on a real bender with my Pe now.

I always do a solid month work out and see how the gains go after a month. Last time I did it I was up at 8" and feeling studly. Then I slacked off and lost it back to 7.75. I am on a mission this year. A solid year of Penis Enlargement iaming for another inch if I can get it. Hell, even 8.5 is not shabby. Any gain is good.

Keep at it guys. Time to bottom out on those coochies.... Well BB already does. I think he just wants to be in guiness. he he

Definately newbie gains man well I'm pretty sure anyway next measurements will tell for sure. But yeh it was pretty crazy it is weird though it doesn't look that much bigger to me, although I did notice the base increase.

I just basically stretched and jelqed every day doing a split routine, I was never really consistent with intensity and amount of time spent etc. I also pretty much only rest one day a week if that. I'm wearing an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] this month so hopefully should be a good addition.
 
Here's an update on how everything went last week

M - Missed

Su - Stretched and kegeled but since im on adderall (I have 4 test this week) i didnt even bother jelqing because last time i tried it it was no bueno

I finally got 5 days on! (minus sunday's jelq session) so im cool with that

I changed my stretch routine its:

- 30sec stretches up and out only all directions plus 25 cranks up and out
- JAI stretches (2 sec pulls) i do 15 of them in the same directions as above
- 30 Kegel stretches (same directions as above)
- I've never heard of these b4 i just started doing them because i thought that they might be good for length they might already have a name but idk if they do so imma name them The LoneStar Stretch since im from Texas...Basically u start stretched up and u move ur hand until ur stretched down then u bring it back to the starting postion and thats 1....I do 15 of these in the up position, 15 from up to the left but i bring this one down and to the right, 15 up to the right and down to the left, and last 15 stretched out to the left or right side (it doesnt matter where u start with this 1)

I did this routine last week im going to give it 1 more week and then i'll add on to my routine

Also i'm still doing the Piss Pulls for 30sec (str8 out) every time i take a piss...I think everybody should do these if they are looking to gain length...lets take a look at just how important these things can actually be...Say on avg u piss 4 times a day thats 2mins of extra stretching every day so if we do some simple math u'll c that thats an extra 14mins every week, which equates to about an hr every 4 weeks...So if i was u i wouldnt sleep on these...

Also, I'd recommend to drink more water because its good for the body and the more u drink, the more u piss, the more u piss the more u stretch, and the more u stretch the more penis u gain...Just a thought

Damn i fck'd up...

No need 2 type out how last week went i missed everyday...I was caught up with studying from monday until thursday because i had 4 test & i jus started talkin to this new chick (me and my old girl broke up) around the time i do my routine and then the weekend i went to 6th street both days and got fcked up...

Im going to stretch more to make up for last week and do more than 300 jelqs i'll update after i get out of the shower and finish my new routine
 
I created a new routine for stretching but then after finding this new stretch called the "Mandingo Secret" (they claim that it could add an inch in a month so y not give it a try right? i'll be happy with 1/2 that shit even a 1/4) so I had to change it again... basically its the same routine just plus the M.S. heres a link http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49887&highlight=stretch+exercises

They nvr really give a routine for it so i created my own: 5 sets of 2mins 3times a day...The (good) pain that im feeling right now is ridiculous, I feel it on the top side right where my penis meets with my BP...Hopefully a month from now i'll be equipped with an 8 incher
 
That pain is starting to feel a little cold i think i might of over did cuz this was my 1st time trying it so imma reduce that time to 1 n a half mins for 5 sets
 
Last week I only did my stretch routine for 3days, I didnt do any girth because it made my routine way 2 long i was just going to pick back up on them starting next week but i changed my mind im going to do my jelqs starting Wednesday...The past 2weeks I was feeling a lil less dedicated and i feel that if i didnt create this thread i probably would have stopped Penis Enlargementing for like the 7th time...but im going to go about my Penis Enlargement in a whole new direction now

My stretch routine (Mornings or Afternoons) for this week will be:
1 - 30sec stretches (out and up direction to the Left, Right & Middle) with the 25 cranks
2 - Mandingo Secret Stretches (1min on 30sec off for 10mins)
3 - JAI Stretches (15 2sec stretches, same directions as the 30sec)
4 - 30 Kegel Stretches (same directions as 30 sec stretch)

My Jelq Routine (Evenings or Nights) for this week will be:
1 - 300

My Kegels Routine (always after a Stretch or Jelq routine):
1 - 5 sets of 1min holds on Kegels and 30sec hold on Reverse Kegels (K, RK, K, etc)
2 - 2 mins of quick holds and releases of Kegels
3 - 1 min of quick holds and releases of Reverse Kegels

Im still doing piss pulls but instead of doing them for 30sec out i've switched it to the Mandingo Secret for 30secs

Damn im coming up on 8 weeks already (4/20, lol good times on that day in the past), thats crazy! It doesnt feel like that much time has passed already...i cant wait 2 measure my BPenis EnlargementL again 2 see how much i've gained (if any) hoping to be at around 7 1/2 in i will be stretching with high intensity to reach that goal
 
forgot to add the Lonestar Stretch as my 5th stretching workout...I'll do the same routine that i started to do when i created the stretch...and im going to do 5days on 2days off with jelqs and 7 days on with stretches

Considering your starting length I bet you can easily get to your goal. you might want to check out the Admirals I talk about in my routine thread. I gained 1.5 with just that exercise and it was easy.

I think most guys can gain about 20-25% in the first 1-2 years. After that it levels out. So with a starting BPenis EnlargementL of 7", you should be easily gaining 1.5 in the next year and a half.

I envy you guys who start out with what I had to work so hard to gain. If I had started at 7" I'd be at almost 9" now. :D

Good news! after another 4 weeks i've gained another 1/8 of an inch so im up to 7 1/4" now...I want 2 get some pictures up here soon but its sort of hard to hold the ruler and take a pic at the same time

Now that i've reached the 8week mark im going 2 add the A-Stretch to my routine for 2 2min holds with a 45sec break in between...Im also going to get A LOT more committed with both stretches and jelqs because if im making gains with a lazy routine i'll make a lot more with a dedicated routine...How's everything going with yall?
 
Preciate the support yall, it means a lot...Its giving me that boost that i need 2 hit these next 4weeks hard and gain even more than an 1/8"...I want 2 start posting pics on here everytime i measure would any of yall happen 2 know how to do that? If so that'd help a lot...
