Don't stretch so hard downward. It's just your ligaments that are holding the penis that are getting strained.

Yep.


I didn't think I was stretching that hard.....I dont think I passed my full errection length by more than 1/4-1/2"

That's generally the most people can stretch. I can't even stretch passed my erect length.

One would think that after a stretch and jelq session that in the engorged stage that the EG and Elength would botht be greater then non Penis Enlargement
 
The pain is generally gone.

Went back to the plan last night and acheived a 1/4 inch gain in length and girth on the edging



btw - they make these heated pads(dry heat) that have iron disks in them that heat up upon contact with Oxygen.


Worked VERY nicely on the warm-ups/downs.
 
Pain is totally gone.

Did the same routine on the 24 th.


Yesterday:

warm up
"Light" stretches for 30 seconds each way
"Light" jelqs - 100

Pumping session:

Very light pressure - began with a 80ish% full errection....help pump for 30-45 seconds cutting pressure and rebuilding every 30 sseconds or so. Total of 15 minutes in cyclinder

Clamping/Edging session - then I slid a medium cable clamp after I got to 80% again and slowly increased the pressure until I acheived 1/4 above last jelq errection measurement. I then sat in hot bath tub. Left clamp for 5 minutes.

Removed clamp - did some heli swirls......edged back to full - clamped again to same level as before and continued to edge.....the hot water made a HUGE difference as when I Kegeled blood with the clamp on(in the water) the difference in thickness was clearly evident in the form of more visual veins etc.
 
Last night:

Rice sock warmup
100 Jelqs

Vacuum pump - low pressure.....cutting pressure and rebuilding every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.

Remove tube

100 jelqs

Vacuum pump again - same procedure


Edging session......cable clamp.


I got the same girth measurement but with 1 click less pressure than last time.

Clamp time = 5 minutes x 2 sessions


Rice sock - 10 minutes


Stretching - 5 ways stretches

Rice sock.

I know its close to the Penis Enlargement session, but I am up 1/4 inch in length AND girth after one week.

Edge until 80% errection - 100 jelqs - clamp 5 minutes

pump session - 10 minutes back off pressure every 30 seconds

Clamp - 5 minutes

^^Repeat the above 3 times

Routine same as except:

1 - only pumping 5 minute sessions AFTER clamping
2 - Increased Jelqs to 3 10 minute sessions per day
3 - SWM suggested that I up the intensity on the clamping with I did.....I am using a sweat band(wrist wrap) for wrapping...I have increased the pressure until its just this side of "pain"....clamping for 3 10 minute sessions.



Results:

my stretch length is now 8 exactly
My flaccid girth is WAY up....no measurements as I do not see the point....but just the warmp-ups fluff me up 1/4 ABOVE my EG Pre Penis Enlargement. Erect girth is up between 1/4 and 3/8.


I have a downward curve and am measuring with a tape - non pressed
along the top down to the tip of my head....last Erect measurement is a touch over 8.25 - up a bot more than 1/4.
 
Took 2 days off from the jelqs.

Added a bit more stretching and tried something new on the girth work.

Added a terry cloth wrist band as a wrap and palyed around with the clamp.

I noted what click gave me maximum girth(to the point of pain).

I then backed off a couple of clicks and discovered that using fewer notches but keeping a rice sack - I held within 1/8 of the max pressure without the "pressure" if that makes any sense.


I did this lower pressure thing while watching a movie last night....there was NO discoloration, no coldness etc.....I simply worked to keep a 50% errection for an extended period...it was very comfortable and each time I measured I ALWAYS got my max EG.....


No soreness etc today.

I think, for me at least, this is an attractive method to integrate with my intesne sessions....much like "feeder" workouts post intense weight lifting sessions...great way to pool fresh blood.

Sounds like you've already got a huge penis though. Congrats on that! :)

EG - 5.25
NPS stretch length - 8.125


So far so good...


Simply added low intensity clamping along with O bends........

I disagree about stretching so hard. Comes a time when you to push it to the limit to gain.
 
K guys......have been on the same basic program but with added bundled stretches and an added focus on stretching in genral.


Here are the before and afters about one month apart.

I think that the pictures will show a definite change in shape as well as some of the hidden penis that has been revealed.

Top = before

Bottom = after


the angle is a bit off but you can look at just the top of the shaft at the base to see the changes....the angle just overly magnifies it.
