OK..I'm not sure if I measured my penis right, I thought I was alot bigger than what I measured but it says I'm 6 inches fully erect. Not sure how to measure the girth.

This is what I"m doing....(now keep in mind I don't have a set work out time because I'm never at home and work 2 jobs so I do what i can)

1. I warm up with a Hot towel wrapped around my penis for about 3-5 minutes.

2. I grab my penis(flacid) buy the head and pull it out as far as I can until I feel like i got a good stretch and I hold for about a 10 sec count. (durning this process I'm squeezing a muscle in my ass that cause my penis to contract a little) don't know if i should be doing that. Well I do this about 10 times or so

3. Next after my penis is nice and stretched out I do a A stretch, I hold for about 20 sec while squeezing my ass muscle. lol I do this about 10 times

NOTE: I"m always squeezing my ass muscles when every I think about it. I"m doing it now....I squeeze and hold for about a 3 count.

4. After this I pull out the lubercation. I start off semi hard and I grab my penis by the base, with a tight grip I slide my hand up the shaft kind of slow and when I get to the head I let go where i"m starting back at the base with the other hand repeating the same motion. I go back and forth switching hand until I get tired.

5. After that I go back to the A stretch, but this time I do it to the left to the right the normal way reversed.

6. Every time I go to the bath room I stretch out my penis and pull it away from my body and hold it for about a 30 sec count.



To be honest I've been looking and reading around the board, but really have no clue what I"m doing. Can someone help me let me know what I need to add to my routine. I wanna get my dick as big as I can get it. 15 inches if I can..and I want it to be thick too.

Sounds like you have sort of a handle on things but a little guidance and organization may be helpful. I think you should split your routine into two sessions. One for jelqing (girth exercise) and one for Length (stretching exercises). This will help you have a set schedule which will create a good habit. A good jelq routine should include 300 jelqs done at 75-80% erect.. Each jelq can take from 2-4 seconds each. I prefer faster strokes some like longer ones. After about a month you should double your jelqing routine to 600 stokes. This should take approximately 30 minutes. I then would suggest a set stretching routine that should last 20-30 minutes. The DLD Blasters are a very good way to acquire fast length while training your PC muscles. The Blasters are a kegel and reverse kegel exercise that stretching is included. I see you say the your flexing your ass muscles...correct me if I am wrong, I am assuming you are doing a kegel. The kegel is useless in stretching. The only reason it is included in the Blasters is as a pre-exhaust to the reverse kegel to allow maximum stretch. I will dig up the thread for you so you can get a good idea of the whole process. When I say split routine what I mean is doing your stretching in the morning and your jelqing in the evening (or any other combination that fits your schedule)

Well, maybe he never did measure before. Women do tend to call 6 inches 7 or 8, so maybe he was going by that. ;)

It's better to be 6 and think it's big, than be 6 and think it's small.

I think 85%+ of the male population tends to either think the same OR, brag that he does in effort to increase his chances of laying some pipe. Regardless of his real size...probably much smaller than he claims.
