Bathmate[/words], THEN clamping and am not seeing the shrinkage you speak of. In fact,more often than not, I am still slightly larger for many hours after I finish my session.
For most men, like I've said elsewhere on this forum, I don't suggest
hanging. It's nowhere near as effective as stretching in my opinion. I'm basing that opinion on actual
hanging experience and gains from
hanging as well, not Penis Enlargement bro-speak or theory-crafting. There's just way too much adaptation required with
hanging to get up to any respectable amount of
weight, that would be required to come close to getting similar amounts of resistance. Sure, you can hang for (usually) 15-20 minutes at a time, BUT...again with very little
weight usually. The average
hanger is using 5-12lbs...and often for YEARS. A stretcher can pull with much more resistance, especially on advanced stretches which use leverage. Sure, you only pull for 30-90 seconds or so at a time, but that adds up with multiple stretches, and before you know it, you have done 15 minutes or more. I'd rather stretch for a combined total of 15 minutes with 50lbs equivalent resistance than hang for 15 minutes with 10 measly pounds.
I don't know where the whole idea got started that
hanging was somehow superior...I think it's all wishful thinking. I've just seen too many men try to hang for an hour a day, 5 days a week and never really get very far.
Hanging requires much more time than that to make gains. If a guy is going to hang with lower
weights (10-15lbs), he needs a FEW hours a day. Most men just don't have that kind of time. I'm also of the belief nowadays that Penis Enlargement should be a beneficial thing to a man's life, not something that takes away from it. I can knock out my entire routine in less than an hour a day now.
