-Warm up 10 minutes hot towel,
-100 blasters (upward stretch & kegel), tunica a-stretch x2-3 (30 To 60 secs), some b-t-c and upward stretching, outward rotary stretch (50 clockwise & anti). 15-20 minutes.
-DLD’s 50 a-stretch blaster (5 sec kegel and 5 sec reverse) I’m still not great at the reverse part but I’m getting there. Another 20ish minutes.
-jelqing: 10 minutes of jelq bends done at an upward angle, I find this easier due to grip and foreskin.

PUMPING: I’ve always found pumping difficult due to e.q and my testicles and foreskin getting in the way but I’ve started to pump at max pressure for 5 minutes x3 with as good an erection as possible, I avoid jelqing in between sets as my foreskin gets in the way but this seems to work as my fluid retention is not to bad and I find my penis is really being dragged up the chamber as I am 5.6 bpel when I go in and reach around 6.5 when I’ve pumped to max pressure, surely overtime this will translate to a permanent size? I’ve avoided Hardcore stretches as my tescticles and foreskin get in the way but I’ve found if I just perform 1 continuous stretch for as long as possible for the duration of my 5 minute set my penis fells very stretched afterward ( perhaps I’ve discovered a revolutionary new training style!?! 😂
