Still in the game guys!!! Sorry I haven't been active the last few days, it's hectic with the daughter home from med school and the son-in-law around all the time, hard to find time to train let alone be on the computer. been mostly just doing a "maintenance" routine of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] and some quick [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and done, like I said it's tough right now to get some alone time, lol. Next week things will be back to normal and hoping to get down a solid routine and incorporate the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words], it's just been lying on the computer desk all week collecting dust, nice thing is that no one has a clue what it is, lol. "Oh, I use that to stretch my rotator cuff when it gets tight", lol. Anyways, will be looking to up the growth next week, right now i'm just happy to maintain. Have a great Christmas to the Brotherhood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad to see you return. I am also happy you are maintaining because even when we take an extended break, simple maintenance will hold uncemented gains. A [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] collecting dust will never make you cock longer :)

Still in training guys!!! Battling a nice cold so I'm not up to par but the training is going well.

Sorry to hear about your cold, I will keep you in my prayers. I am happy you are still training, good sport!

It's been a crazy week! Glad the holidays are finally over and can get back to a normal routine around here. Been feeling like I've just been maintaining lately and i'm happy with where I'm at feeling much thicker than when I began in November. I've been increasing the intensity the last few days since I feel like I've reached a plateau because with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] I'm pushing with as much force as I can to increase pressure and and i just can't push past the 7" mark so I've increased the time to 6 minutes, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], 6 minutes, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], 8 minutes, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and I'm not experience any donut effect so hopefully increasing this intensity will help some along with more time to devote to my workout. I also just ordered and received the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] pump so I'm hoping I can get more pressure with this model.
Going back to the Dr. tomorrow after all the PSA drama the last few months, getting back on HRT therapy, it will be good to have a Dr. regulating the injections and keeping track of the therapy, I just felt like that clinic left me high and dry on my own to figure out what was going on and gave me way too much testosterone which caused my PSA to spike. Anyways, it will be good to get a little boost as I can definitely feel the difference as I'm much less energetic and my libido has definitely dropped so hoping if I can get my levels back to the normal range it will make a huge difference in my quality of life.
Ready to make huge gains in 2017, going to go for the Holy Grail and look for girth and length that I can be proud of.

Glad you are well again and I am also happy you are getting some news from the doctor, sounds promising. Please keep us up to date on the therapy and how it is working.

Sorry I haven't posted much lately, been busy with work and all. i'm keeping up with my PE work and just waiting for these gains to become cemented in. In the mean time I'll keep on keeping on!

Good to hear from you. Do not forget the value of the Brotherhood, so much can be learned here and every Brother should take full advantage of that!

Things are going well, have sort of reached a plateau on some days where I feel like I've lost a little girth. I've been using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] followed by the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] everyday and all is well after training. I've not been put back on HRT so I think I'm dealing with with some issues there, just seem to be in sort of a slump. My motivation is low but I keep training and hopefully in a few months my gains will become cememted.

Motivation can be tough this time of year, I think a lot of us are going through it. Training through these times is when is matters most as it cements your commitment to PE. If we only trained when we were happy it would be a pretty inconsistent routine :)

Well keep me always in your prayers because the Hospital is never out completely. I am doing very well now for 2 years but with anything in life, too much confidence can set you up for certain failure.

That is quite true we are not supposed to be overconfident and take things for granted..but if we are in a permanent state of uncertainty can be really stressful

Whenever we make an absolute statement about succeeding it can make failure traumatizing. We need to set our eyes on success but be willing to adjust and make changes if we do not succeed. What holds us back from succeeding is the harsh judgement of the small failures we have along the course. We need to be just as happy with succeeding as we are with not succeeding or we will never succeed :)

Language, the words we use and how we use them are very powerful things that can either work for you or against you. Mike's correct when he mentions that using superlatives can be a set-up because your brain hears 'biggest' and then sees something 'bigger' which begins the spiral of negativity (often it's imperceptible, but your brain picks-up on everything and most of it is sub-conscious).
Using action words like 'strive', 'aim', 'venture' will pre-dispose your mind to act...add a bit of physical energy and you're on your way to meet your goal. Using positive words like 'able', 'better', 'confident', buoy motivation and help maintain energy...cuz we all know that PE takes a lot of time, discipline and energy.
Stay properly fueled and healthy and ignore the negativity and nay-sayers...you got this!

And also willing to give yourself credit when you do succeed after some time but have a failure. The ability to pick yourself up and dust yourself off is almost as important as the success itself because without the understanding that success is not a straight line up, it is ups and downs that climb gradually to that success they will soon give up.

Exactly success is similar to the Gold Stock Market in the way it grows.
