This routine should only be done after a couple months of PFM conditioning;

The "Resiflex"

This is a very simple but effective excersize that I've created for resistance Kegaling, with a combination of length gains. First, this is optional, get a 15% erection and kegal a little blood into the head of the penis. The second thing you do is grab just behind the head with an "OK" grip, palm facing up. Now you need a fairly strong grip to do this, while sitting or standing, with a strong force stretch straight up towards your bellybutton and hold. Now with controll kegal hard and you will feel your penis "tug back", that is exactly what you want to feel and should be hard to pull your penis back in to your body therefore creating resistance. Release your kegal and your strong upward stretch should instantly pull your penis to the starting position.

The reps:

100 then switch hands to get a fresh grip, 10 times. You should not rest while doing the 100, but once you finish the 100 take a few seconds in between to take a break and switch hands, and from the wise words of DLD, if you start to get tired finish them anyway.

10 sets of 100 EVERY OTHER DAY, if this for some stupid reason is not intense enough for you then stretch harder while you do your kegals.

Sounds good. I suppose you could go on indefinitely with a switch of hands. This will also do a number on the ligs.
 
it will. It is an excellent upward stretch, as well as tunica stretch. I've just started this routine, we'll see how it goes. I have done these before but i plan on staying more consistent for a longer period of time.

This is funny cause I do a kegel sometimes when I pull up, never thought about doing it with a slight erection and clamping the blood in there. Great to hear people thinking up new ideas, the possibilities are endless!
 
Holy crap BANANAxBOY. I have to hand it to you. This is a very good idea. Why have I not thought of this myself. I will start doing these immediately. Whats so good about this new way of kegeling is for those people that don't know how to properly perform kegels they will visually see the kegels performed right by there dick wanting to tug back against the stretch. Good idea man. I already do about 100-200 kegels through out the day but I will try doing them with your method on my bathroom breaks at work.
 
Hey Kingsnake, I know you like to work out and you will understand that this exercise is like any other muscle building exercise. Man, if you really wanna get those PFM's working then pull hard enough that your dick cant tug back and it will make a kegal harder than ever to do. This exercise really targets the ischiocavernosus muscle which really provides hardness to your erection when strengthened. Enjoy!!

It does have a very fast response and they are so easy to do. The thing is, when you have harder erections your size becomes larger.

yea, i noticed the difference because when i put both my hands on my shaft, usually they touch the glans, but today there was space in between. and when i did my clamp session, i could only go 15 minutes instead of the usual 20-25

my BPenis EnlargementL is up to around 7.25 now and i'm pretty sure it's because these have made a big difference in my EQ. i get a really solid erection now. can't hardly bend it.

yea, i can really feel the burn after about 100 reps. i did 300 total yesterday. i'll stick to that for a week then add more
 
Saw resiflex mentioned on your picture proof progression and thought i would do a search and find how to do them

so it turns out i have done them a couple of times but i am definitely going to try this routine out :D thanks a bunch should save me doing kegals separately ;)

Stick with this for a month and you will NOT regret it. You will get so strong!

I have been doing this but I didn't know it had a name. My only variation is that instead of 10 sets in one position, I do 2 or three sets of 100 in each position from DDLs [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. So that is 12 positions. I know it has been discredited but my LOT is anything below 9:00 but I stretch in all positions anyway.

That is smart. Regardless of LOT it is safest to cover all angles just incase there are gains there.
