I got all three static stretchers and, boy oh fucking boy, do the makers of this product want you to spend ten total hours figuring out how to put them together and wear them properly. I'll be extraordinarily pissed if these things don't work.

Comments on New Routine and Questions (Please answer them one by one):

To Start (Do this for 6 months; looking to gain a legit BPenis EnlargementL of 2" over a year and a half and will up my routine in intensity after 6 months)

Every Day: Jelq for 35-40 minutes. Do downward stretches every time I go to the bathroom for 2 minutes each time (total of 5 a day), Heavy Duty stretcher for an hour (2-4 pounds), Medium stretcher for 2 hours after.

Questions:

1. How do you know what "weight" you are at using the Heavy Duty?
2. Does it really work and what have been your gains using it?

I have never really understood why light and medium resistance would be wanted (aside from sleeping with it which I would never do.) Wearing an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], during the day, I would use full resistance with periodic bathroom breaks to reset the tension. Is there some logic behind the lighter resistance?

I'll try to answer some of this. First off once I got the parts identified it wasn't that hard to put it together but I know what you mean.

1. The springs are different poundages. There's 1,2,3 and 5 pounds.
2. The medium gave me quite a flaccid that I still have. The heavy definetly works.
3. I've only tried the light, it's not for me. I want more consistent tension. I think it's got the same problem that new Autoextender Xsleeve has: these light devices only grow skin.

I think the jelqing sounds good, I don't think I'd bother much with the stretches. The heavy and medium usage sounds good enough to me. I think you need to be careful that you don't shock tissues into toughening. So unwarmed short stretching routines are not my choice.

I just looked this up: the springs are as follows:

0.70 lbs
1.92 lbs
3.12 lbs
5.60 lbs

You use one on each side so double the values for the amount of tension. They are precision springs and they are linear. This means half-way compression yields exactly half of the rated force.
 
Sorry I forgot to answer your other Qs. I think your jelqing will aid in girth and vascularity and overall better erections. That's what it always seemed to do for me.

The heavy duty static stretcher is very good at its job. But I use a Bib for 1 to 3 hangs before putting it on. You're sort of talking about doing a less intense version of what I'm doing. You're substituting the heavy-duty for the bib and the medium for the heavy as compared to me.

What I'd recommend you do to start with is wear the heavy at a lighter tension for as many hours as you can get away with. And over as many days as you can. Plan it out if you have to. But the idea is to cause fatigue. After that point you can ride it - keep it going with lesser times. This is what I've been doing and I'm almost ready to declare another 3/4" in just over 5 months (5/8" definetly, just waiting on that last 1/8" to be consistently present). Keep in mind I take long work breaks (travel) and often have to skip days. It pisses me off but there's not much I can do about it. BTW, I love using the heavy when I'm traveling.

You're awesome. I really appreciate your input and help. You're definitely the person I need to talk to regarding the stretcher.

Just to be clear, reiterating what it is I think you are saying:

1. Wear ONLY the Heavy every day from now on.
2. Wear it at a higher weight and then a lower weight each day. That way I can fatigue and then ride it.

Here's what I'm most confused by:

BIB talks about how you hang every day at a high weight until you are fatigued internally (I'm assuming there's an unmistakable feel of 'I better stop doing this at this weight now!') AND THEN HANG at a lower weight to 'ride it out'.

Since I can't hang because of privacy issues (and I wish I could), I am stuck with the stretchers.

My questions: How do I KNOW I am fatiguing? Is it just a matter of doing as high a weight as I can for as long as I can and then reducing the weight with the h.d.? And don't I have to take my cock out of it every so often, or can I leave it in for an hour at a high weight and then longer for a lower weight? And when you say "after that point you can ride it-keep it going with lesser times", don't you mean 'lesser weight'? Wearing it in one session at a higher weight for, say, an hour and then reducing the weight for two hours, etc?

Bottom line: I want to make as fast of BPenis EnlargementL gains as possible and, with jelqing and using these expensive, hard to put together stretchers, do WHATEVER I have to do to get it done.

What say you, moregains123? Seriously, pretend I'm dumb and break it all out in baby steps for me (if you have the time, of course). Answers to my questions and ANY advice on SPenis EnlargementCIFIC routines would be much appreciated.

I can't give you a great answer right now because I'm at work. But I can clarify something: What I mean is to wear the heavy at a comfortable weight value for as long as you can. By "Plan it out" I mean look for a day when you can really get some hours in. The idea is to perform a marathon session and set in some fatigue. You can then keep this fatigue going with the sessions you were talking about (1 hour heavy, 1-2 medium). It takes me a couple of hours before the heavy really starts that semi-euphoric feeling of fatigue. I'd describe it more as "a good kind of hurting." I've never felt "I can't go any longer!!" That includes anything I've ever done in Penis Enlargement.

We all want to make BPenis EnlargementL gains as fast as possible but I'll suggest to you that you forget gains for the moment and concentrate on form and working it into your schedule. BTW, you say the stretchers were expensive. Where did you buy them? I've bought a lot of Penis Enlargement items over the years and found SS to be pretty reasonably priced. I bought the ALL package for 250 but that's been over a year now.

The light - I don't know. Some guys are more sensitive to tension than others I guess.

The medium can give you some amazing tunica fatigue. Your dick feels tired like it's been working out all day! I have an impressive flaccid from using that thing. And that was a year ago. Not sure what it did BPenis EnlargementL because I was doing other stuff too.

Why not just wear it at maximum all day? I would never decrease a stretch to make gains, I would do just the oposite.

MON: Heavy Duty for as long as possible with no Medium
TUES: 1 Hour HD at HIGH WEIGHT then 2 Hours Medium
And so on, back and forth...? Fatigue on Monday, Ride Fatigue from Monday on Tuesday, repeat? IF SO, I can totally do that.

2. I meant the semi-euphoric kind of discomfort, not internal bleeding pain kind of discomfort. WHEN you say that you feel that kind of fatigue after a few hours, you mean with the HD ONLY day, correct? Then you KNOW you have fatigue to ride out the next day with HD/MED?
 
The fatigue I have right now I've been riding for about 6 weeks. I just make sure I don't let it recover. What I mean is pick a day and accumulate some fatigue. Then between the medium and heavy you should be able to keep that "controlled damage" going.

The HD gives me fatigue in the ligs and tunica. The medium gave me fatigue in the tunica only.

Comfort really. They are suggesting you trade time for max-pull. Their sales point on the medium is comfort. After you get the idea that its only a couple pounds (and not max it out) you can wear it forever. You can take a leak, take a shit, get an erection, etc. If you want to max just use the heavier duty job.

1. What you just meant is this: for one day, you wore the HD for as long as possible AND THEN SOME at as high a weight as possible. One day. THEN, for 6 weeks, EVERY DAY, you did the 1 hour HD and 2 hour Medium?

2. For the ONE DAY: Is it doing the maximum weight you can handle for as long as possible or doing medium weight ALL DAY?

1. As long as possible AND THEN SOME. Probably about 6 hours for me to really set in fatigue. Then for the past 6 weeks I've been Bib hanging 1 to 3 sets then using the HD for as long as I have time (usually a couple of hours). I'm saying that you would be doing a similar thing by using the HD as your Bib hang, and the medium as your HD.

2. I usually use the 3 lb springs at about 3/4 compression. So the total is 4.5 pounds. For 6 hours straight that is some serious fatigue for me. (Bathroom breaks allowed, but put it right back on.) I would not try to go higher for fear of glans "damage" (in the form of redness and irritation).

3. In your case, I would do the HD one hour and the medium 2 hours TWICE a day whenever possible. For me it seems to take about 24 hours of no stretching before I feel like I'm losing the fatigue somewhat. I try to never let it get to that point by stretching morning and night.

4. Whenever you feel you have lost the fatigue.

5. I jelq after I take off the HD. It helps to move around any lymph accumulation and I don't want to pre-fatigue my skin before a session.

6. You don't change the bars, you only swap out the springs. But for me I use the same springs (3 pounders) and simply compress them as desired. Static Stretcher emailed me that the springs are precision and linear so you can eyeball a half-way compression and know that's half the spring's total.

Explain #1 again to me, this time not bringing the BIB into it, because while I get the 6 hours comment for ONE DAY, the "Then for the past 6 weeks I've been Bib hanging 1 to 3 sets then using the HD for as long as I have time (usually a couple of hours)" comment throws me. I don't have a BIB hanger. In other words, give me a routine that's specific JUST with the stretchers. You kind of did it in the last email, but because of mentioning the BIB work, I'm now not a 100% sure and you obviously know what you are doing. Forgive me!

No can do, except on the weekends (Sat and Sun). I can only do one session of HD and one session of Medium and a 30-45 minute jelqing session on work days and that's it. Use the SS HD as much as you can for one day. Or you may spread this to other days, but the point is to focus on as many hours as you can get in order to start the fatigue. (I take a day and wear the HD practically all day to set in serious fatigue. I mean my shaft is so sore it feels like I've been walking on it. As this point also I am getting a higher than normal FSL measurement.)

Next, once fatigue has been achieved: wear the HD for an hour or more consistently within 24 hour periods. Follow each wear time with the SS MD for a couple of hours or more. This promotes the damage the HD has done and prevents shrinking back. It provides for the proverbial "healing in the extended state".

Now here's a caveat: If I was in your position... and could not do this "cycle" once in the morning and once in the evening... I would wear the HD for the entire three hours you seem to have available. I would simply wear higher tension for the first hour and back off for the other two hours. I would only use the medium as stealth Penis Enlargement (when I couldn't wear the HD). How's that for fucking you up? rofl The reason being is I would want to have higher tension than the MD can deliver in comfort (IF I only had 3 hours of Penis Enlargement time available).

I will do the HD for three hours as opposed to the Med for two hours. I wear baggy pants anyway and will just wear the medium on and off whenever I can under my pants.

2. For the 3 Hour HD day: I start at high one hour and decrease the next two hours. Do I start at the high weight I ONE DAY fatigued at or higher?

3. Since I haven't put these fuckers on: what is your best advice for feeling through the proper weight, both for Major Fatigue (HD ONE DAY and 1st Hour of 3 HOUR DAY) and for those Two Hours of Riding Fatigue?

This was due to the fact I didn't seem to be able to get anything to work for me. Or I wasn't patient enough. Or I was afraid of doing the wrong thing for too long, etc. etc.

To answer your questions:

1. I'd try the 2 lb springs fully compressed. MAKE SURE, MAKE POSITIVE, MAKE CERTAIN, you have taped your glans with the provided tape. Do not half-ass this. Make sure also that you put your glans fully inside. I recommend you practice putting it and taking it off numerous times until you got the hang of it. It takes a trick or two. I'm at the point where I can put it on perfectly in less than a minute.

2. I'd suggest fully compressed 2 lbs for an hour and then 1/2 to 3/4 compressed for the remainder. After a week or two (based on the feeling of your glans) change to the 3 lb springs. Be careful with fully compressing those. An hour of that can be brutal.

3. The 2 lb springs fully compressed gives you four pounds. Four pounds for an hour should wear you out. At this point you can back off and let 2 to 3 pounds keep it going. It's better to not push it (don't go four pounds for three hours) until you have some experience with all aspects. A bad taping job can allow blistering. If you get a blister: do not pop it or let it get popped. Put a drop of vaseline on just the blister area and then put a band-aid or first-aid tape over it to protect it. They heal fastest when handled like this. It'll drain within 24-48 hours and the new skin underneath will ready itself to meet the world with a few days. BUT, it can take you out of the game for a week. You can still jelq and stretch manually (usually).

Also, I lock the base at slightly lower than SO, so it's between SO and SD.

3. The 2 lb springs fully compressed gives you four pounds. Four pounds for an hour should wear you out. At this point you can back off and let 2 to 3 pounds keep it going. It's better to not push it (don't go four pounds for three hours) until you have some experience with all aspects. A bad taping job can allow blistering. If you get a blister: do not pop it or let it get popped. Put a drop of vaseline on just the blister area and then put a band-aid or first-aid tape over it to protect it. They heal fastest when handled like this. It'll drain within 24-48 hours and the new skin underneath will ready itself to meet the world with a few days. BUT, it can take you out of the game for a week. You can still jelq and stretch manually (usually).

Also, I lock the base at slightly lower than SO, so it's between SO and SD.

After literally trying over and over again to use the Heavy Duty Static Stretcher, watching the videos over and over again, I think I've had it. This is a few days now. I'm not saying the product doesn't work for others, BUT:

1. I have a small head, and no matter what I do, IF I can actually keep my taped head touching the dome base AND get the plug on (which doesn't fill the hole completely and has lost it's stickiness after TWO USES), I get at most one "seal" and then the vacuum is lost.

2. The directions suck: which springs are for which weight? And do I put them on before the brushings? No sound, parts are pointed out that aren't shown how to be used, etc.

3. Is there a return policy for these guys?

4. No one to actually SPenis EnlargementAK to. That might makes things easier.

Hanging is easy as hell compared to this.

2. Right now I have the heavy duty on with just the brushings on stretched as far as I can go:
a. So I pick two springs, the weight I want, and put them on the rods BEFORE putting on the brushings, and stretch as far as I can comfortably?
b. Is each spring 2 pounds (2=4), 3 pounds, whatever? or are two of the 2 pound springs equal to 2 pounds?
c. What is the difference between my stretching to capacity without springs and with springs in terms of causing lig fatigue/growth? Isn't the same stretching occurring? Does this make sense?
d. What position focuses solely on the ligaments (very high LOT, not worried about the tunica)?

Send an email to Gary, the Static Stretcher owner. But the heaviest springs are like 11.5 lbs together, the next one's down are around 6lbs.

Of course having the heaviest springs compressed half the way would approximate to 1/2 of 11.5lbs.

Use the springs. The reason is, it will apply constant tension. Where if you do not use spring, the penis can loosen, and not alot of tension is applied thru it.

By using the springs, you can guage the pressure you are appliying thru it.

I also thought the base should be made out of aluminum or a harder plastic.

Mine broke, but he sent another one out promptly.

Its a good tool - and I was thinking of taking my base to a machinist to have a replica done in anodinized aluminum.

Good luck but I think you have done enough research that luck is not going to be an issue...I think you will do fine.
