Ive been Penis Enlargementing(not consistently) for 5 months roughly on and off for a year and a bit now.

Okay now ive never really done any girth work!!.I tried jelqing the first couple weeks when i started and haven't done it ever since.Fucc knows why...just never really liked it.
All my gains have come from Manuel stretching (DLD'S [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]) and seeing i wasnt consistent with my Penis Enlargementing i reccon thats pretty good gains!!.
So now ive created my own routine with various different manuel stretches working on the principles of DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] of 15 stretches in 1 set (doing 3 sets of that).
Anyway here it is.
Warm up with this portable heater i have for 5 mins while doing testicle massage.
150 quicc kegals and then massage my penis before i get into it.
I do 3 sets of the following while in front of the heater to keep warm.
Stretch straight out: for 30 seconds
Stretch straight up: for 30 seconds
Stretch straight down: for 30 seconds
DLD socc stretches left hand stretching to the left: for 30 seconds
Same with right hand stretching to the right: for 30 seconds
V stretches left hand: for 30 seconds
Same with right hand: for 30 seconds
DLD blasters left hand: for 30 seconds
Same with right hand: for 30 seconds
Mandingo stretch with the left hand: for 30 seconds
Same with the right hand: for 30 seconds
30 rotary cranks propeller styles
While i warm down for 5 mins i do another 150 quicc kegals then do 100 kegals as hard as i can.
So thats it cuzzins tell me what you's think.
I plan on getting a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] soon so that'll be interesting on my gains.
But im going to do a little experiment of mine when i do get a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but i dont know this for sure... its just a theory.
Seeing that ive only done Manuel stretching i wonder if ill see any dramatic gains obviously ill see girth gains but im gonna pay more attention in the change of length.
I can stretch my flaccid length to 7.5 inches so we will see what happens.
Anyway im gonna make this a log so i stay focused and dont become a lazy fucc aha ill do my first official routine for this log later on tonight.
