Today I did Cardio. HIIT to be exact. Wasnt too intense but I Noticed that my member had very noticeable blue veins.
I did some research and found out that blue means deoxygenated so I thought to myself. Hey lets gets some oxygen into it. Did my 2nd jelqing session of the day and man I noticed my NBPEL shooting through the roof. I dont usually measure it but I will soon.

Haven't measured since I dont have a ruler.
I see some gains coming within a month or so!

Getting use to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] as the days pass. I try to stay in it at least three minutes. Slowly increasing Pressure. I'm happy with it so far. It's only been a week. So I have to stay patient.

I've been doing a steady newbie routine for the past month on and off. I finally with have time to be consistent and see these gains in the next couple months. I'll be back in two weeks.

Update: Just ordered the sizedoctor gamechanger and a set of 20 pound weights. Might as well go hard. This way I psychologically pressure myself to go home and do what I go to to do.

Do you have a plan worked out yet? Maybe a rough draft of what you want to do? If you need any help my brother just let me know.

I was thinking a 5 day routine.
Day 1 3 5
100 jelqs
1 set of 5 minute clamping
3 sets of 10 minute hanging
3 sets of 30 minute extending
10-25 wet jelqs between all sets of hanging and extending

days 2 4
3 sets of 10 minute hanging
extending for as long as possible (max 4 hours)
10-25 wet jelqs between all sets of hanging and extending

trying to start low I feel like the less you do the more you gain.
One of my biggest goals is to increase circulation which is going pretty good with my diet and exercise i have going on

OK that looks like a good starting routine to get used to the exercises and to see what you like and what you don’t like. As far as increases in circulation go this will be taken care of easily using the 5×5×3.

the main bulb part will eventually be way too small for me. can i get a bigger size ?
I dont understand the difference between the white and blue sleeve
the actual weigh hangar should be able to twist off for less length.

Overall its way more comfortable the any extender that uses a strap or a silicone noose thats for sure
so far i've used up to 2.5 pounds .
I havent really gotten into the extending part . I'll keep u guys updated

Problem: the bottom part of my glan tends to try to slide out underneath the suction cup any suggestions ? I had this problem with the other extender as well. But this time not as bad. Should i get a silicap?

As far as the sillycap concerns I would put a pinhole in it and you should keep it from slipping or causing any skin damage. Left you a link in my post above to the video forum. I would look into the Mityvac and the MOSred used in combination with a good work out I don’t think there’s any way to grow faster. The blue sleeves are for lighter work and the Duro sleeve is for heavy work.

so could you explain to me what the long term benefits of pumping are a little bit, i tried pumping last year but it didnt turn out for me so well due to consistency. what can i expect out of it outside the temporary things.

When you pump the correct way it brings girth and it will also bring a little bit of length in addition to the strongest elections pissible. In order for pumping to work it’s best to use the SRT routine called the 5×5×3 and you will gain girth very quickly.
