Haven't really got a session in but I always do my stretches through the day! Here are my new measurements as of today

BPEL 6.75
MSEG 4.875
Haven't measured E.G. At all but I'm fairly low on that side definitely doing kegels because My Eq has been low as well due to the meds I been taking for pain.

Going to start manual routine again to get blood circulation flowing. I feel as if I'm growing but not getting adequate blood supply to cement gains.

Just get into the habit, just like brushing your teeth, taking a shower, PE needs to be habitual. Inconsistent PE will bring little gains but a steady and consistent workout will bring great gains. Dedication to this art is so important and understanding that this is not a rush or a race, its is a new home until you make those gains.
 
Alrighty, so I got my head back in the game. I moved to another state. I have a good job and i have enough time to squeeze in a routine thats about an hour. I'm starting from the bottom again this time.

Just some notes. I've been clean for 2 months now and my mental health is a whole lot better than it use to be. I've also done the noFap 10 days tomorrow will be 11.
I shall be back later with my routine . Cya

So happy that you have been clean for 60 days, that is a big accomplishment and I am very proud of you! Also, NoFap? Awesome! Masturbation can become an ugly habit especially when adult entertainment is used. What do you plan on using for a routine?

Sometimes at the end of every work out I get on the bicycle and do 40 second barely pedaling and 20 second burst sprints for 10 minutes.

I work out chest and legs together twice a week.

I watch what I eat. I stay away from sugar and caffeine. I don’t use pre-workout or creatine.

Also I have posted my measurement for the start of my session. Any questions just pm me.

PE’ed 4 days this week.
Still in the ‘less is more’ for another week.

I will post measurements every 2 weeks.

Current routine is still stretches . 5 minutes jelq and kegels

Also going to incorporate ab workouts to burn fat.

How much fat are you dealing with?
 
I’m ruling out uli’s til I get enough blood circulation to get 90% without having to edge or slightly masturbate as I blew my streak today :/ .

Hopefully won’t hinder gains .

Thx I have isolated myself to another state so that helps a lot lol .

Also doing abs before and after workout.
