Mehhh kinda sorta.. still getting little purple spots here and there after a workout. They heal in a day or so. Not I won’t really turn up intensity til I’ve cemented girth a little bit and till it’s gotten tougher. So overall I’d say 10% increase on grip.

I was about to say no but now to think about it. After my workouts I usually hit the weights and the whole time I noticed how sore (good feeling). A more blood improving sore. So yeah id definitely have to do it for another week to find out though.
