A little updates - i've ordered some rubber and plastic caps and EPDM Caps. I may order some rubber chair feet, they look like they may a good alternative. Another option is buy a acrylic pump custom to size the drill a hole in it and put a hook in. When they arrive my plan is to put a female coupling in to attach the pump. Then put a hook bolt in. Not sure whether to thread the hole or bolt it with a rubber washer would be best to keep it air tight. Then for added air rightness and so my penis doesn't touch the bolt i'm going to fill the bottom with caulk or some form of putty this will hopefully make it comfortable for my penis and make everything nice and air tight. To prevent blisters my plan is to line it with neoprene which can gradually be removed as my flaccid girth increases, put a sleeve of silicone over my penis its self, and maybe bandage and tape.
Use epoxy glue around all of the seals. Sounds good I only wonder if it will stick out in your pants hopefully not

Even a simple hand file will do. Get something sharp to poke through, enlarge and then tap if using a valve. The epoxy will work fine for bonding and look for a kind that you can file.
Sent some sketches into a designer just now, hopefully they reply with good news, may be able to get a custom dome made for pretty cheap. If the price is too high, i'll just buy a pillar drill and make it my self out of an acrylic pipe.
