Alright so this time I am for real with this routine. No excuses and no bull sh1t. Total body transformation were talking. I am starting now and running it through the spring next year and maybe longer.

Goals:
To lose 15 lbs. I am at 180 now and want to get down to 165 but be leaner and gain some muscle out of it. Time to get ready for next golf season and make the changes now.

As far as gains, I am looking to increase size by 1-2" and girth as well. Starting stats:

I'll be wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 5-8 hours a day depending on what I'm doing.
Stretching will be done every day.
Weekends will include only stretching. Unfortunately my weekends are spent at the golf course. Somewhere around 10 hours or so each day.

Ask questions if you like as I'll be frequently updating with my workouts both body and penile.
 
So happy you are doing the whole body, this will bring gains in length in two ways, trough the weight loss and also through active gaining. I wish you the best of luck and I will watch your progress and help where I can.
 
I'm 7" and have been the biggest every girl i've been with has ever had. They all thought I was at least 8 ranging up to estimations of 10. So yeah, females aren't the best at guessing size and 8" is a believable lie
 
First measurement. BPF stretched out is 6.75". If I really push the ruler in to the pad I can get stretched out to 7" but the ruler is really pressed up against that fat pad.
 
Gym workout was designated for core work and golf isolation exercises. Did kettle bell squats, rotational cable work, and ab exercises.
Cardio was 10 mins on elliptical and an intense 5 minute, 1.5 mile track.

Thanks DLD. NO morning workout today. I'll be going after my practice session at the course this evening.

Took another measurement today. This time I did a bone pressed erect measurement. Full bone pressed I am 6.5" in length. So there are my base lines.

Last night I did another [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session. I did a 5x5x3 min sessions in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] with a 4 minute jelq break in between. Had amazing expansion and very little water retention.

I also put on my silicone band afterwards for about 15 mins to hold the blood in keep the expansion. I had a real nice girthy look last nice. Felt and looked very thick. Let's hope to keep this up.

PE definitely promotes more libido, all that contact with your penis in training just makes you want to use it sexually. As you get bigger it is like having a new penis all the time!
 
After my wifi crashed I wasn't bake to update my log here so I'll fill it up now. Workouts have been great. I have introduced outdoor running to the program now. So I'm doing 1-1.5 miles out door along with cardio warmups in the gym. Also while walking on the golf course on the weekends which totals roughly 12-24 miles for the weekend depending on how many holes I play.

I have been continuing with my pumping and jelq routine. Also continuing with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. No measurements until the one month mark. Hope to see some good results.
 
Also thinking about starting a diet up in the month of October. Trying to figure out what type though food wise. Thought about the Paleo. But I love my carbs so I'm thinking of doing a carb cycling during the week. I'll have to have carbs for the weekend with golf. Until winter kicks in the. I can change that as well. Any thoughts from anyone.?

October is when I usually lose a ton of weight. If my cycles repeat themselves, as they have for 13 years, I can expect to drop a good 80 pounds this fall.

your seasonal weight fluctuations are extreme and i find it amazingly interesting. i wish i knew you in person so i could witness that. i've never known anyone who had such a predictable large amount of weight gain/loss.

Tell me about it, it is almost like I have multiple personalities, one is in shape and one is fat:) But, like clockwork you will see me go from 200 to 140 in no time. Then again, I'm a pathological liar, you can't believe anything I say
