So 7 days are gone and all i managed to do was to jelq for 200 reps like 2 or 3 times so far i haven't lost gains. This week i'm also gonna be really busy and i'm gonna try to jelq every time in the shower and maybe try to stretch somehow.

What is so important is to do whatever you can do to keep you mind in the right place. When we miss too many sessions the game starts to fade. Just getting a couple stretches in will keep you going until you can really dedicate yourself.

I haven't been posting for a while but that doesn't mean i have stopped with my workouts. I've been doing 2 or 3 days on and 2 or 3 days off until now and i feel really good. Right now i've found the sweet spot where i can stretch without my penis getting erect too often, which normally extends my stretching routine to more than 25 minutes and also my penis stays longer in the 50-60% erect zone while doing jelq. This means my worksouts are a lot shorter now and i'm able to do the exercises a lot better. I've also stopped watching adult entertainment while doing jelq and i've found out that every now and then switching between dry and wet jelqs can really help. I get really nice morning woods and my EQ is so much better compared to before. I'm really motivated because i've also seen results in size and i'm going to stick with the 2-3 days on and the same amount of days off.

Thanks for updating us, I worry when Brothers are gone for too long. The routine looks good especially considering you have not had our support for a while. I am very proud of you in cutting put the adult entertainment! A very wise decision indeed!

Glad you found what is working for you worth. I think we all struggle to a degree trying to find the right routine to fit in to our schedules. Keep up the good work

Definitely, everyone needs to carve out time to fit their needs. A good PE routine require time, effort and consistency but the time factor differs between Brother to Brother.

Hi guys, so for the past month i've been doing the following routine either 2 on / 2off or 1on/ 2off days.

1. Warm cloth wrap (~10 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (~10min), Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~30sec each,
Basic Stretches ( <abbr title="Straight Down" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">SD</abbr>, SDL, SDR , <abbr title="Stretched Length" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">SL</abbr>, <abbr title="Straight Out" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">SO</abbr>, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~30 sec each and I finish with V-Stretches again (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~30 sec each.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~6 minutes).

4. Jelq (~6-7 minutes) roughly 170 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Either a hot shower or ~6-7 minutes of warm cloth wrap.

6. Kegels throughout the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.

Sadly i only measured NBPEL and EG and the stats were <abbr title="Non Bone Pressed Erect Length" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">NBPEL</abbr> sometimes ~16cm(6,3 inches) sometimes ~16,5cm (6,5 inches) and <abbr title="Erect Girth" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">EG</abbr> is 14cm(5,51 inches).

I measured after 2 days rest(after 1 month of training) and i had something like 0.2 cm gain in EG and no difference in NBPEL but i manage to measure my BPEL and its 17,5 cm which is roughly 6,9 inches. So i can follow my gains now more more accurate.

For now i'm satisfied with my EG. My main purpose is to increase the EL so i was wondering if some of you has any advices ?
P.S. the difference between my FSL and BPEL ist 0,5 cm.

As you see i didn't measure my BPEL at the very start but i did 1 month after i started and it was 17,5 cm. I magine that i started with 17,2-3 i guess

So far 3 months have passed since i started. During this 3 moths i was really disciplined and i've been on 2on/2off something 3-4on/2off schedule.
My actual stats are :
BPEL: 18,5cm
NBPEL: solid 16,5cm sometimes a little bit bigger.
EG: 14,2cm almost no growth there :(
BPFSL: 19,5 cm

My routine is pretty much the same except that i add more time to the stretches and more jelqs. My actual routine is:

1. Warm cloth wrap (~7-8 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (~17 min), Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Straight) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~50sec each,
Basic Stretches ( <abbr title="Straight Down" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">SD</abbr>, SDL, SDR , <abbr title="Stretched Length" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">SL</abbr>, <abbr title="Straight Out" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">SO</abbr>, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~50 sec each and before i start with the UL, UO, UR i wrap with warm cloth for about 2 min and then I finish with V-Stretches again (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~35 sec each.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~6 minutes).

4. Jelq (~9-10 minutes) roughly ~300-350 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Either a hot shower or ~6-7 minutes of warm cloth wrap.

6. Kegels throughout the workout and the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.

Good work bro keep getting the work in that's a nice gain amount for that time frame ,

Huge success. It should be understood that the maximum gain you would ,take in a PE surgery would be around the 1/2" mark and it would cost around $5000 + You just did in 3 months for free!

Thanks guys! Yeah i thing the growth is there because i was really consistent and disciplined but also like you see in my routine i apply heat really often! While i do my stretches i apply the warm hot wrap 3 times i think that is one of the main reasons for the growth.
Anyways now I'm in the 3rd month I upgraded my routine. Until recently i was holding the stretches for 45s in any direction and when the 3rd month ended i added 5s to the stretches and also 50 more jelq reps. Do you think that adding 5s/50reps a month is not enough ? I was thinking to add 5s/50reps for the first 2 weeks of every month and then another 5s/50reps for the last 2 weeks of every month.

It is aways great to gain but what is so important is keeping precise measurements so you never doubt your growth. Many men never take good initial measurements and are left guessing if they have grown or not. Take precise measurements every 90 days.

Until now i've seen noticeable improvements only in BPEL and i was wondering if you know a way to transform it into NBEL ?

lose the fat pad...that's the only variable between BP and NBP

Short, sweet and perfect. If you want to close that gap lose the fat!

Easier said than done .... What are the methods for losing it ? What comes to mind is working out to lose some weight and get into good shape but is this the only way ?

It is a crap shoot in many ways. The only way to reduce the fat pad is by loosing weight, some men will loose the fat pad as they loose weight but some will lose weight ad not see much change. Most see a change but i some cases there is minimal change. In this extreme cases liposuction would be the last ditch solution.

unfortunately I struggle with this as well...I really enjoy good food :)

I know the fastest way for me to lose the weight (fat) quickly is Beef Jerky and a fuck ton of water. I gained back a lot of weight so I am back on the diet again. Basically I eat mainly beef jerky but I also allow myself to have chocolate and other things I enjoy also, just minimal. A good diet that works is one that allows for the joy of taste! If I am craving chocolate I allow myself to have it, but in small amounts. I love pie and again I allow this but in a portion that is reasonable. These little treats keep me on the path. At about 2700 calories I maintain my weight, so dropping off 700 calories a day should bring decent results over 6 months.

Yeah the only way to lose weight in a healthy way is figuring out how much calories you normally need for a day and trying to drop some of them off. Also decreasing sugar and increasing protein intake helps a lot too!
