Yeah the only way to lose weight in a healthy way is figuring out how much calories you normally need for a day and trying to drop some of them off. Also decreasing sugar and increasing protein intake helps a lot too!

I am on that train! I weighed way too much at my last physical so I am back trying to lose 20 pounds. Counting calories is vital as when you do you can see just how much you were taking in and it usually is way over. I am trying to stick to the 2000 a day.

Lately I've been doing something like 2-3 on days and only 1 off day but I think that I’m overdoing it, even though I have morning wood every day. If I continue to have good morning woods every day I guess that rest days can be skipped and just rest when I don’t have the time or the chance to work out.
Do you guys think that this is the best strategy ? Work out every day or try to have like only 2 days off in a week if i have good PI ? Or should I just stick to 2 on/1 or 2 off routine ?

Make it as doable as possible. Something that is too much will become a pain. Make it a schedule that keeps you motivated. 2-3 days off is wise. I would do it like this though, ON: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. OFF: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This is the best schedule for me in the gym. It allows me to dedicate everything into that day.

I have fallen off big time. Been struggling with some depression and I have messed up in a few places. I masturbated last night, 2nd time in two weeks, I have been eating crap for food, junk and high in calories, I am avoiding showers, I am missing my exercises. I am starting all over today! I am making a promise to myself and you guys that I will fix these things. I am not a good example when I am in this place, I need to get myself out of this depression and back on the road to happiness.

Thanks for the advice! I also think that finding a consistent workout schedule is the best policy. I will try to work on that but lately I have increased my stretching time to 1 minute in every direction ( BTC - Left/Right/Middle ) and the basic stretches direction Down/Straight/Up also ( Left/Middle/Right ). This has been killing my EQ and i don't get morning woods so often now my solution is to switch routines a little bit for example:
Monday - Stretch + Jelq then 1 day off Wednesday - only Jelq routine then 1 day off. Friday - Stretch + Jelq.
My plan is to alternate and see if it's better this way. The reason behind is that last week I did Jelq only workouts and my EQ became a lot better just like it was before. Since I don't want to completely stop stretching the only logical thing I can do is to alternate between workouts. If this doesn't work my plan is to alternate the same routines not with just 1 day rest between them but a whole week.
1 Week Stretch + Jelq and the next week only Jelq or maybe 1-Week Only-Stretch and the next Week Only-Jelq workout.

@doublelongdaddy maybe this will sound harsh but I've found that it works best against depression! Pull yourself together man! Just try to punch the depression hard in it's fcking ugly face and when you go to the gym give everything you have! Heavier weights ! More repetitions ! And the most important thing try to find a music that really motivates you and this will keep you going! If this doesn't work try to smoke something ( Sativa ) it will help you through difficult times ! I know this is not the best advice but it helps!!! Trust me!

Thanks my Brother! I truly appreciate your advice and I know it will help me. I have a few strains that have been extremely helpful for depression. I also have 95% pure THC oils that are extremely powerful. During my pneumonia I used Blue Dream and when I was able to keep the smoke in I would get hours of relief and my appetite kicked in. Cannabis is truly the greatest plant the Good Lord has given us!

Hey,
I haven't been able to post in a while ... you know holidays and all :), I had 3 weeks rest period and then I started again this year.
So last week I was really busy and I wasn’t able to have my normal routine. Right now I’m about 18,6-7 cm BPEL and I’ve been doing Stretch-only workouts last week (I haven't lost anything). I do only Bundled Stretches, Longer time looser grip Straight Down and A-Stretches.
I will follow this routine for about a month and maybe do some Dry jelq’s in between when I have the time, since I want to concentrate on BPEL and NBPEL right now.
After that I’ll decide which stretches were better and if I'm going to change up my routine.

Good to hear from you. Also good to hear all gains are cemented. So you will just be maintaining for a while? What is taking up so much time in life?

I try to workout in the gym every day and after that doing my PE but sometimes I have a lot to do with work and school and personal life stuff and I just don't have the time to do my PE.
So far I'm happy with my new routine. I see temporary growth in BPEL after workout and my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words] is also better than before. I'm gonna stick with this routine and measure at the end of the month and decide from there what my next step would be.

I got you! So you are doing a good job of getting it in. Be creative as possible and get as much in when you can.

I haven’t been able to post for a while because I’m really busy but still I manage to do PE often. Since the last time I posted I’ve been following the same routine:
1.Warm up (Warm cloth warp for about 5 min).
2. Bundled Stretches all direction for 2:30 min then Straight down stretches while pulling the start of the shaft towards my body or just BTC for about 2min. Then I Start alternating between A and V stretches with a bottle (I hold every stretch for at least 3 min) and this for about 17-18 min. Sometimes in between I apply Warm cloth wrap while I wait for erection levels to go down.
3. When I’m done with stretching I apply warm cloth wrap again for about 5min as warm down.

So far I’m happy with the routine and the temporal results I see after stretching. I will measure soon and post if I had any growth since my last measument.

So you are going 100% length for now? Are you happy with girth or just waiting until you make your length gains?

Yeah I want to focus only on EL for now and when I reach my Mid-Term Goals I will go for EG because I can also cement some of the EL gain. Or at least that is what I'm hoping for

I measured today and for my suprise there was growth in BPEL as well as NBPEL.
BPEL: 18,9-19 cm.
NBPEL: solid 16,5+ cm (Best erection days 17cm, at good days always over 16,6-7cm).
BPFSL: 19,5-6 cm. (around 4-5 mm longer compared to last measurement).
EG: I haven’t measured it but I do no PE for it so I suppose there’s no big change there (solid 14,2 cm).

For now I’m really happy with the new routine and I’m gonna stick to it until I reach plateau.
Difference between BPFSL and BPEL isn’t big now so I guess growth won’t be as fast as before.

Thank you for the kind words! I'm gonna stick to my Length routine until I reach my goal or plateau after that I'm gonna work on Girth as well as cementing gains

Smart move! The separation is wise as it allows you to give 100% off your attention to the task at hand.

I haven’t been able to work out more than a month now. I need to stop being so lazy and start my routines again. Will try to resume to my workout schedule from now or at least I’m gonna try to do 2-3 workouts a week and some piss pulls. My gains are consistent for now and no change there.

Motivation is a must and I will pray for you to gain that motivation so you can kick some ass. When you feel lazy, tell that laziness to take a hike and just start training. Once you start the laziness will fade. Believe me, I know as no one is as lazy as me :)

for me, it's the inertia involved in the 'nothingness' that inhibiting...once I get moving I can work/PE/recreate/fornicate non-stop :)

Yup, it is all about keeping a moving factor. Once you stop moving mental atrophy kicks in and we risk becoming lazy and unproductive. This is not completely relatable but it is along similar lines. If I smoke Cannabis and do nothing it is a huge waste of time and if I continue in this I will have no moving factor. I start a project then I smoke, this ensures that I am never complacent in the use of this herb. Motivation is the biggest factor in PE than hinders gains. So just get started, get moving, and things will catch up to you. Heck, I am very lazy and when I wake up I want to stay ion the couch but motivation sweeps in and sets me on a productive course. And after a good day of work I allow myself to sit back and relax, enjoy some red wine and cannabis and say "Good job Mike!"
