Hi guys, so for the past month i've been doing the following routine either 2 on / 2off or 1on/ 2off days.

1. Warm cloth wrap (~10 minutes).


2. Manual Stretches (~10min), Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~30sec each,
Basic Stretches ( <abbr title="Straight Down" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">SD</abbr>, SDL, SDR , <abbr title="Stretched Length" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">SL</abbr>, <abbr title="Straight Out" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">SO</abbr>, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~30 sec each and I finish with V-Stretches again (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~30 sec each.


3. Warm cloth wrap (~6 minutes).


4. Jelq (~6-7 minutes) roughly 170 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.


5. Either a hot shower or ~6-7 minutes of warm cloth wrap.


6. Kegels throughout the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.

Sadly i only measured NBPEL and EG and the stats were <abbr title="Non Bone Pressed Erect Length" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">NBPEL</abbr> sometimes ~16cm(6,3 inches) sometimes ~16,5cm (6,5 inches) and <abbr title="Erect Girth" style="box-sizing: border-box; cursor: help; border-bottom: 1px dotted;">EG</abbr> is 14cm(5,51 inches).


I measured after 2 days rest(after 1 month of training) and i had something like 0.2 cm gain in EG and no difference in NBPEL but i manage to measure my BPEL and its 17,5 cm which is roughly 6,9 inches. So i can follow my gains now more more accurate.

For now i'm satisfied with my EG. My main purpose is to increase the EL so i was wondering if some of you has any advices ?
P.S. the difference between my FSL and BPEL ist 0,5 cm.

I actually have an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] but i hurt myself when i used it because i stretch too much for too long when i had no experience so i don't want to do the same mistake. I thought i will just do manual stretches at first and when in condition myself then i will start using gadgets again.
 
Sounds like a solid routine my friend. A month might be too early to judge length gains but you might need to increase the intensity by method of hanging or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] (as mentioned by BSA). Luckily the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] is a great hanger and an amazing tool for manual exercises, the amount of leverage you get from it is insane and its just a great investment. Not trying to ram it down your throat there's other less expensive ways to go about it, I myself used the Snake Hanger for a while with great success and that can be made easily under 20 bucks but in all honesty I would skip that and go straight to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] you will not regret it.

EDIT: By the way on my best months I was able to gain .25" nbpel just by hanging, just in case you needed some inspiration. And I am not a special cookie if you look through old journals and the hanging section theres been many people that have achieved this and more. Add to that the intensity of manual excercises that the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words] brings, you cant loose.

A quarter inch a month? Holy shit... 3 inch a year pace...?

.25" the first 2 months then it dropped to .125" and the intensity had to be ramped up drastically. However thats the good thing about the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] and hanging you can ramp up the intensity very easily. That being said its not like 2" in a year is unheard of, its been done. And this is the best way to do it I think.
 
What was the routine that you did with the hanger ?
Also there is a little problem i live in Europe and to get the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] here is soo much more expensive ... <:( it might just not be my cup of tea.
 
LM to Europe is only $15 more than the USA shipments. Why do you think it will be so expensive?

By the way if you are worried about where you will store it, do not worry it is not nearly as big as it looks in the photos.

But anyhow when I was hanging I was doing 20 mins a day of high intensity hanging. I warmed up and and warmed down with a heating pad and wrapped up my junk with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] after the workout for an hour or so. When I hit the plateau and my gains were no longer .25" thats where I got the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] and I got throught that.

With hanging you will find that you will increase the hanging eeight very quickly at the beginning the at around 18-20 lbs it will slow down. So it is easy to fall in the trap of trying to hang too much and hurt yourself I started with 4lbs and at first that 4 lbs will feel very heavy and you will grow just as much with those 4 lbs at that point than you will grow with 18 lbs later on.

There's part of me that wonders if 2 inches in a year could be a bad thing... like too much too quickly creating instability.

2 inches in a year is very possible. That's basicaly what I accomplished. I wouldn't say its a bad thing, its an AWESOME accomplishment! Although, if you have a girl/wife, I wouldn't tell them. I was stealth until my wife found my pe, "penis torture equipment" and she got MAD!! You would think that maybe she'd be happy, but sadly NOPE!! As ny wife stated, "You were perfect from the beginning with a large size, now you had to fuck it up by getting huge!". But I didn't see it that way. But who knows every girl is different, unfortunately my wife didn't approve of it. My take is, keep PE to yourself and don't let your lady know.

But on the other hand, as for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words], that was the best investment I made! If its length your going for, definitely get one. Its worth every penny, and if you think of it, its really NOT expensive. Nah with PE done properly 2 inches in a year is more than possible, it is probable. The knowledge is here, the tools are here. All the guess work is done, its just matter of getting down to it.
 
I agree it is achievable. Was just questioning the safety of it. Just like overstretching any ligament in the body, it can create instability. I know the dick is a tough part of the body lol, was just posing the question if it is seriously safe or could problems arise during sex or something. Like tears, instability, bruising, etc as opposed to a steady 1 inch per year let's say.
 
I have changed up my routine a little bit i tried to do 2nd set of the stretches but it was talking too much time and my hands hurt after workout so i decided to stretch a little bit longer in all positions.

My Routine:

1. Warm cloth wrap (~10 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (~18 min) Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Out) ~60 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~50sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , Out, OL, OR, Up, UL, UR) ~50 sec each and I finish with V and A Stretchesf pushing to the middle/bottom and top of the shaft ~30 sec each position for total of 3min .

3. Warm cloth wrap (~5 minutes).

4. Jelq (~7-9 minutes) roughly 200 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Warm cloth wrap (Warm down 5 min).

Looks good. I would really try to stick with this routine for at least 30 days before changes to see if it is working for you.

I changed up my routine just a little bit. I just Reduced the time of the bundled stretches to 2 min and 30 sec (30~ sec each Up/Down/Out/Left/Right) and left the rest as it is. I plan to stick with this routine until the end of the month and after that add ~10s to each stretch so that i stretch 1 min in all directions.
This week i have a little bit free time so i was wondering if it's going to be okay to work out every day or this will be too much ?

Every other day is fine, days off and rest greatly depend on the person and their particular healing process.
 
I was doing my workout 2 days on/1 off until now but i'll be really busy this week so i was wondering if it's okay to do piss pulls every time i go to the toilet and jelq in the shower in order to compensate for the lack of time for my work out ? Or is there better way ? Can you guys advice me on this ?

Definitely, I encourage this! If time become limited and you want to retain gains, stealth PE, or getting PE in at every chance, will be very positive. Also, stealth PE can be taken to the next level where you can make gains by taking advantage of every moment possible.
