Hey, so I'm not too much of a noobie with Penis Enlargement, I took about 2 years off and I'm starting up again. I went right into this routine from day one and my erections have been quite soft and I'm not sure If I'm overtraining or it's just my lack of sleep and bad diet lately. Here is my routine, if anyone of you have any help that would be great. I'm on a 7 days on, no days off routine.


Penis Enlargement Routine
1.Basic stretching
2.Bathmate stretches for 5 minutes using warm water and head ring
3.100 Jelqs, 100 V Jelqs
4.Bathmate stretches for 5 minutes using cold water and head ring
5.100 Jelqs, 100 V Jelqs
6.Bathmate stretches for 5 minutes using warm water and head ring
7.100 Jelqs, 100 V Jelqs
8.Bathmate stretches for 5 minutes using cold water and head ring
9.Vacutech low pressure for 20 minutes with head ring
10.Cock Ring for 1 hour

my advise

11. get an errection and push blood in with reverse kegels. - some minutes
12. rubberband kegels - do normal kegels erect against a resistance(rubberband) - some minutes

If you cant get an erection after this workout you doing too much I assume.

oh and the head ring in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]? you constrict the head to get a bigger head? I do that too and love it. how do yo ufeel with it?
 
is it okay if i do this in the morning and not do girth at night? i know you said morning for length and girth at night.... i can stick with this right?
 
You can do either whenever you wish to, it has no difference if a guy does girth in the morning or girth the night and vice versa with length.
