I have started Penis Enlargementing so many times in the past I have lost count. I always start off strong and then for some reason I miss 1 day and that becomes 2 then 3 then a month. I promised myself this time I will do exactly what I am told hence the reason I am introducing myself in this post. An addition to Penis Enlargement I am putting myself on a strict workout regimen. I just hired a nutritionist and personal trainer. I am currently 6'0" 225 lbs. I am looking to get around 205 - 210. I think losing some weight will help a lot in Penis Enlargement efforts.
Here is my current routine I plan on doing for the next 3 months. This routine is 5 days on 2 days off. Any advice would be appreciated.
1.) Hot warmup – 5 minutes
2.) Stretch to the left and do 25 quick Kegels.
25-Cranks
"Helicopter Shakes."
Stretch to the right and do 25 quick Kegels.
Repeat 25-Cranks
Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."
Stretch straight out, do quick Kegels
Repeat 25-Cranks
Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."
Stretch straight up do Kegels
Repeat 25-Cranks
Finish with "Helicopter Shakes."
3.) Wet Jelq – 600 (80-90% erection)
4.) Edging – 10 - 15 minutes
