I have started Penis Enlargementing so many times in the past I have lost count. I always start off strong and then for some reason I miss 1 day and that becomes 2 then 3 then a month. I promised myself this time I will do exactly what I am told hence the reason I am introducing myself in this post. In the past I would have never did this but this time I really want to make it happen. Thanks for all your help in advance I look forward to celebrating my success and yours.

My primary goal is girth over length but as you can see I want a little of both

An addition to Penis Enlargement I am putting myself on a strict workout regimen. I just hired a nutritionist and personal trainer. I am currently 6'0" 225 lbs. I am looking to get around 205 - 210. I think losing some weight will help a lot in Penis Enlargement efforts.

Here is my current routine I plan on doing for the next 3 months. This routine is 5 days on 2 days off. Any advice would be appreciated.

1.) Hot warmup – 5 minutes

2.) Stretch to the left and do 25 quick Kegels.

25-Cranks

"Helicopter Shakes."

Stretch to the right and do 25 quick Kegels.

Repeat 25-Cranks

Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."

Stretch straight out, do quick Kegels

Repeat 25-Cranks

Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."

Stretch straight up do Kegels

Repeat 25-Cranks

Finish with "Helicopter Shakes."

3.) Wet Jelq – 600 (80-90% erection)

4.) Edging – 10 - 15 minutes

Awesome and thanks for staking your real estate in the progress section! I will be watching your thread and helping where I can. The routine looks good, a lot of variety and you are not skimping on exercise! Good job in writing your own routine. Have you tried any of the Behind the Cheeks stretches? These would help balance the overall stretching potion of your length routine. As far as girth goes, in a manual routine it is really basic, start with 300 jelqs and move into 600 after 2 weeks...it is pretty much standard protocol. Once you find yourself needing more intensity for better expansion there are advanced exercises and equipment you can include. Good luck and God Speed!

Workout has been going ok so far

I have been fairly consistent. I only missed about 2 workouts over the past 2 months. I am on 5 days on and 2 days off because of my schedule

Results have been as follows:

- EQ level has increased
- Gained about .3 nbpel
- No girth gain

Not sure if gains are because of Penis Enlargement or because I lost 10 lbs

I purchased [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] 2 weeks ago and I am going to start supplementing next week to see if it will help with my girth.

I am going to stick with this workout for another month or so and see how it goes. Crossing my fingers :-).

You should take your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] Pill one hour before girth work and then, if you want you can dose again before bed. As far as [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] goes, you can start straight away or at least incorporate parts of the routine and apply them to yours. What do you own in the way of equipment?

You should measure BPenis EnlargementL. NBPenis EnlargementL is inconsistent because of weight fluctuations; but a 10lb weight loss would not effect your fat pad that much.... unless you've got a lean mass of like 200lbs and you cut from 220 to 210. Then you'd obviously have next to no fat pad. So congratulations on the gains.

You should look into hanging. There are a dozen threads on the hanging forum that show how to make cheap hangers. I built one for $7 and it was definitely worth it. Also, whenever you're feeling inconsistent and you think you're doubting yourself, think about this:

I had a few lapses because of the holiday season but overall I would say I have been fairly consistent. No new gains to report but I can say my EQ has been great.

I ordered a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] pump and it should be here next week just in time for week 2. I have a cheap [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] that I will use for now until I can afford a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] (Christmas gifts set me back) :-)

Yes, I know it is a little lofty for 3 months but I figured what the hell shoot for the moon

I will to update my log more frequently because I know the more accountability I have the more likely I am to complete the program.
