in stretching probably the intensity is not enought , to the fact that i don't have gains now...
probably fatigue after workout can be a good sign like you say..

Excellent adviceIn PE, you must listen to your body. Always look out for sharp pains when you are training length or girth. But know that your dick is not going to fall off.
