Hi,

That's a good question the hours of use depend on how long you've had the device for the same goes with the tension.

For the first few weeks you should wear the device for a few hours per day, you should then build the hours use up by 1 hour per week until you're wearing the device for 8 hours per day.

You also should not change the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] for the first 6 weeks you should just be getting used to wearing the device.

You should then change it to 900g for 2 weeks then 1200 for 2 weeks then 1500.

Thanks Darren... One more question.
Say I'm at the point where I should be wearing the device for three hours a day... Which is best.... Wearing it for two hours, taking it off for a few minutes to get back circulation, then putting it back on for the remaining hour, or wearing it two hours, then wearing it for another hour later on in the day. What I'm basically asking is is the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] most effective when worn for as many consecutive hours as possible or does it make no difference if it is worn for hours broken up over a course of a day? With the device it's about what works best for you, some people will split there time up through out the day other people will wear it consecutively.

You will still experience gains within the same amount of time you just need to ensure you keep build the amount of time you wear the device week on week.

People don't realize this is no different than going to the gym. You have to work hard at it, and stay consistent.
