I've been pe-ing for around 8 months now on an on and off basis (primarliy jelqing and stretching). It has certainly proven to be benficial. I have seen temporary gains of nearly an inch in length and over half an inch in girth. The reason I say temporary is because I have been far from consistent and didn't really give myself time to cement my gains.
I'm pretty stoked regardless because I consider these some good achievements for sure!
)I've always been careful to do a proper warm up, watch my PI's and generally take good care of myself.
However, lately I've been acting a fool and putting too much pressure on myself, and being careless. I haven't been warming up, and I've been doing erect jelqs with too much pressure. The PI's have certainly not been agreeing with me. My dick's hangin way smaller, my boner's are smaller, it sucks. I've fucked myself up in this manner a few times already (why I didn't learn is beyond me). Anyways, I've been takin a nice break, and I 'm seein no signs of improvement. My peen is fucked right now, mad small flaccid, and when I get a semi, it already feels hard, I can't even squeeze it, my boners are way smaller too. I've worried myself that. How has your diet been? Any changes in stress levels? I know when my sex drive wains I am either eating like shit or worried about something. Relax, be easier on yourself and try to see what has changed for you over the past few moths. If it was good before, we need to find out why it has changed today. Good luck my friend!

I was having a sick week Penis Enlargement and otherwise, until Sunday. I'm not sure what happened, but on Sunday when I was walking, I got a boner that was lodged on an uncomftorable angle in my pants. My dick shrunk up shortly after. The rest of the day my flaccid was smaller. That night I jerked off, and the next morning (monday/yesterday)) I jelqed. I would not take time off, I would push through this. This is normal for a lot of guys and it is really just the process of becoming used to the intensity of the exercises. I pushed through this every time I encountered it. Today it happens much less than in the beginning but at least now I recognize it as a harmless side effect.

Sorry to bump my stupid thread but I have an update today. Today on me ruler I measured nearly 6.5 (length), around 3/4 erect. My girth may be around 4.75 or so (probly more as I've been having good girth expasion lately). I Penis Enlargement wayyyyyy too intermitently, and I feel its time to change that. I'm in at a bit under a week started at roughly 6". When I've been actively doing pe the highest length I've measured is 6 3/4". Then I fell off and pretty much returned to baseline...

Hey Dan, good to hear your attitude is so positive. Staying committed and motivated is the toughest part of Penis Enlargement but with the quick changes you are seeing you should feel inspired to go for it. I don't know why the fuck this happened, I did everything the same (intensity and reps) and my dick just dicked out on me like that.
I did some stretches to try and get my dick back to normal but that just made the situation worse....
Ughhh. Tomorrows an off day so I ll see what happens, gonna try not to stretch but its really a force of damn habit. Sorry for the negaitivty but I'm. Cheesed.

You sound very frustrated and it looks to be effecting your routine. I can relate to times when the harder I worked to change something the worse it got, this is the effect of negative thinking. If I obsess too much over my penis and size I will start to measure smaller, my routines suffer and I feel like I am going backwards. Take a day off and relax. when you start again be kind to yourself, if you start to become frustrated stop and allow it to fade before starting again. Also keep in mind that you really can't lose size, the decreases are only temporary and when you approach this with a positive state of mind you will realize this.

I need some advice/ a solid game plan right now.

I've been pe ing for nearly a year now, and straight up, I've had no gains stick to me. I've gained, sure, but nothing stuck.
I don't know how conditioned my dick is, because I really have not been hitting it consistenlty. However, I've been using the same routine and excerciese for some time now. And I feel my body (dick) may be used to this to a certain extent.
I don't know if I should continue doing these same excercises,and wait for something to mmagically change, or if I should try some new shit, and change it up.
I swear its the same as when I go to the gym. I've been doing the same gym routine now for over a year, shits getting stale. Doing the same shit doesn't help at all.
I'm. Asking for advice cause I'm at a loss here.

At the same time this shit is happening, my dick is undergoin severe hard flaccid. Idk if I was overdoing it, or if I may have scarring in my dick. But its stressing me, I'm tryin not to be stressed, but it hard, when you feel that your flaccid is fuckin shrunk up at all times, its not a good feeling.

My routine consists solely of erect jelqs and its going well.
I get frequent erections throughout the day, sometimes when I'm not even horny.


The combination of erect jelqing and frequent boners has led to increased girth for sure,its dope.

Whenever I have thrown stretching into my routine, I injure myself jelqing. Its fuckin weird. And its a spontanous injury too.

So why not do them at a different time? The stretching does not need to be combined with the jelqing, they can be done 12 hours apart if you want. Stretching is very important to length gains so I want you to find some stretches that do not hurt you so you can make these gains faster.
