I never try to claim inventing exercises, because you never know who's thought of what. Anyway, this is the FIRST VIDEO of this exercise that I'm aware of. Thanks SWM looks like a great exercise to take it to the next level. Like the best exercises it's a simple one I am surprised it took this long for someone to discover it.
 
these 'intense' exercises all cause reactive fibrosis, and aside from faux girth gains, no 'real' girth gains result from them.

The girth gains associated with 'intense' clamping, are the same as the ones that come with pumping. The fluid expansion, will collapse the Tunica, and cause fibrotic tissue formation, which is mainly unorganized collagen being formed between the tunica and subdermis. This results in a reduction of tunica elasticity, which equates to less and less cavernosal engorgement.


Not to mention, exercises like these, even for experienced clampers like myself, can cause localized hematoma and a rip in the urethra, which required a good 2 months off of Penis Enlargement to recover from.

Constrictors can lead good gains, but not at 110% erection. The risk is substantial, and advertising such INTENSE exercises is, in my humble opinion, foolish.

I've kept quite silent about these intense 'fad' exercises being created by so and so without any scientific consideration of the damage being done to the erectile tissue. Natural Penis Enlargement, has taken a turn into the abyss of ignorant, impatient men who seem to invent an exercise just because they felt 'a lot of pressure' from doing it. Yours truly, Vaseline_knight, was one of these ignorant people, before I decided to take a step back and consider penis enlargement reality vs. fiction.



I'm not intending to offend anyone here, but I feel that I am obligated to warn anyone reading these outrageous exercises(newbie or vet), of their grave danger, and tell them that great gains, only come with patience, good penile health, and sensible moderate routines. If you're causing too much inflammation, your causing proliferation, which is in form of Type II collagen, which is basically scar tissue. and this scar tissue, is the ONLY reason why newbie gains come to halt.

first of all, I didn't say clamping doesn't work. I said extreme clamping, and exercises that cause excessive internal pressure are dangerous. Many people who have had amazing gains from clamping have gained from mild internal pressures.

There's always people that are exceptions and gain easily. I'm not going to further defend my statement. I was obliged to make a statement based on my recent research into the physiology of Penis Enlargement and experience as an 8 year Penis Enlargement vet. I have now met that obligation.

I always welcome the feedback of others. As I've posted in the original video thread, 'proceed with caution'. I do not advise anyone to jump right in, or to even do what I do. To each their own. It's like a new hanger jumping right into an 'extreme hanging' routine. Same difference. This is a 'sport' with many risks.
 
If this is a sport what is the competition? and against who? and how can we judge who won? where are the goal posts, the rule book? the ref? the prize?

The 'competition' for me, is me against my own body and mind. I do this for my own 'glory' and reward. I also enjoy the positive response from the woman in my life. I win, when I reach my goals. I set small goals, so the odds are always in my favor. Several small goals being easier to reach incrementally vs. one big goal. Goal posts/rule book??? I don't know about that part of your question...I was speaking figuratively. The 'ref'? ME, as stated above, I am judge of my actions, and what is, or is not working for me, and when I change things. The 'prize'? Accomplishing what I set out to do. See above with the small, incremental goals part. I'm the 'champ'.

Hey Willymaker, you're really 88? On a more serious note, that clamped jelq is one hell of an intense exersize man. I had spots all over my glans. I have been doing these for the past few days, and my flaccid is a hell of alot heavier. But one question- the base of my penis, below where I clamp is pure white, whereas the rest of my dick is redish I guess from the blood. Is this permanent? Great exersize SWM.

Unless we can figure out a way to spread the color so to speak, yes. The base of my penis from where it joins my body to about 1.5" up the shaft is lighter in color than the rest of my penis. It's been that way for years now, since I began this 'Penis Enlargement stuff'. I do not mind a bit though.

You couldn't pay me to take back my original 5x5 ;)

Ok. Yea I really don't mind or anything, it's just different for me. It'll take some getting used to. What do you tell girls about this, cause I'm sure they'll ask?
 
I play it off on my being half Greek. I've never actually had a woman say anything negative about my penis, or how it was darker, or whatever.
 
i wouldn't tell anyone what they should and shouldn't do with their bodies..we are all up here trying to accomplish the same goals..but i think a lot of guys up here are trying to get the quickest and fastest results possible...i see a lot of questions like what is the best exercises for girth or how long do you think it will take me to get to this point...and i'm afraid that guys get all excited at the thought that they can actual change something about themselves that they probably was conscious about that they rush into doing things..that might hurt them in the end...i saw the exercise and it does look intense...and stw looks like he can handle it...but there are a lot of guys that want to take short cuts to great gains...i just want to say..guys don't rush it...it's not a race...give yourself time to actually be able to handle some of the exercises that are posted...cuz it is not worth trying to pump up your dick...if you can't actually use it for anything but to take a piss..guys take your time and do it right and if you feel like you can actually do this exercise after a long time of condition...then i say go for it..but be careful...swm keep up the good work...i like the new site...i signed up for it a couple of days ago

Good point. I'd say SWM probably has one of the most conditioned penises in the Penis Enlargement community, maybe even moreso than DLD and Redzulu on this site. Looking back on my normal girth routines from back in the day, it did seem a bit much. I don't know if I'll ever pick up a clamp again, it was just so intense, gave great gains, etc. However, I question if I was ready at the time. I don't think there are any others out there that can do a hardcore girth routine everyday like SWM can. It's just impossible for most at their state. Most guys would just end up doing more harm than good. Sure you'll get some gains probably, but you'd get 2 or 3x more if you'd have done a much less intense routine.

Wouldn't jelqing be the solution to this? That's what I do before and after I clamp or do girth work and I don't have discoloration at the base at all. However, after really intense and frequent sessions I will have a dark red dick for a couple days afterwards but it always goes away.

I have two yellow cable clamp since 2008 and I've never attempted to use them. Hopefully I don't get to use them because I'm scared of most of the negativity I've heard about when it comes to clamping.
