hi I am totally new to Penis Enlargement - want to build up some girth.
I read the newbie-routine and have one question: does it matter for my girth-gaines if i dont do the stretches?

ah - and whats a "uli"? I read this somewhere here on the board.

Basically no it doesnt, Jelqing will always help girth regardless of whatever other exercises you may be doing.

I am on phase 1 myself so cant help with Ulis, but i know someone else will help you out :)

Welcome MM! If you only want GIRTH then you do not have to include stretches in your routine. If you are totally new I would stay with the basic JELQ as outlined in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]NEWBIE ROUTINE[/words] until you get some experience under your belt. The uli is a more advanced GIRTH exercise that is pretty extreme. There is no rush.
 
You don't need to stretch in order to gain in girth or length.


I virtually completely ommited stretches during some of time during Penis Enlargement (approxiamtely 2-3 months) and I gained 1.5 inches in length. I simply jelqed and did lazy stretches from time to time.
 
Welcome Monster. You got some good advice from the guys and there is nothing more to say. You can throw the stretching out. Jelqing and other advanced girth exercises will give you a lot of girtha. Good luck.

at the first 2 weeks, i read i should do 300 jelqs - one time daily, right?
I will try out to do 400 every day in first week, 600 in second and 800 after the third week. because i dont do the stretching, i think this will fit.
any different opinions?

yes people have reported immediate gains on starting Penis Enlargement sessions, so it is possible. There is no real definite knowledge on how starting size affects gains. Never heard of anyone getting to 10" of erect girth, that would be bigger than a can of DINTY MOORE CHILI! Is it possible? All things are possible if you believe and work hard. I gotta say though, I don't know where you could use that much GIRTH.
 
You say you have a natural 7.5 inches of girth? Wow. Kinda hard to believe, but I guess it is possible. But why do you want more?

I thought about doing 300 extra jelqs, splitted over the day - 100 in the morning - 200 in the evening. is this good? with my main training this would be 1100 jelqs a day, is this ok? or should i do 1100 jelqs at once and not splitt the 300 over the day?
