quite simple:
-dips for the armwork
-addional load may be added by spinal movements (machine crunch)
-gravity is adding your torso's weight, if you do it standing
-an addional kegel adds a slight force too

that is a lot.

im a noob myself and have been doing these since a started about a month and a half ago. ive heard/felt a few lig pops because of it (which didnt really hurt but felt weird) so i dont do them as often anymore. don't want to damage anything down there. they can be very intense, depending on the amount of force one uses.

i didnt know these were new exercises. i thought everyone did them, lol.
 
Yeah and I did try weight. Grip on the skin is best after shower or even just rinsing quickly
"for the purpose(ad hoc without a sock, or, with a sock)".

Lig pops are nothing to fear. They may seem strange but they are nothing more than air being released from behind the ligaments at the pubic bone. Very much like cracking your knuckles.
 
ive been doing the same thing but never knew it was called the f stretch
jus cuz my penis was getting used to the amount of force i was pulling at
